عنوان فارسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت های پیش از ازدواج بر مهارت های ارتباطی و حل مسئله دختران شاهد و ایثارگر استان گیلان
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهداف: اغلب مشکلات زناشویی ناشی از نداشتن و به‌کارنبردن مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت حل مساله است. مطالعات بسیاری نشان داده‌اند که آموزش این مهارت‌ها پیش از ازدواج باعث کاهش تعارضات و افزایش رضایت زناشویی می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های پیش از ازدواج بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی و حل مساله دختران شاهد و ایثارگر استان گیلان بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل در سال 1393 در بین دختران شاهد و ایثارگر 18 تا 25 سال شهرهای استان گیلان انجام شد که به‌شیوه خوشه­ای چندمرحله‌ای از دو شهر رشت (50 نفر) و لاهیجان (30 نفر) به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. این افراد به‌شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. برنامه آموزش مهارت‌های پیش از ازدواج در گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه 90دقیقه‌ای (هفته‌ای یک جلسه) اجرا شد. پرسش‌نامه مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مقیاس حل مساله در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون توسط دو گروه تکمیل شد. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیری و چندمتغیری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در مرحله پس‌آزمون، میانگین نمرات مهارت‌های ارتباطی گروه آزمایش در هر سه خرده‌مقیاس مدیریت هیجان، ادراک دیگران و ابراز وجود افزایش یافت (001/0p<). در مورد مقیاس حل مساله، نمرات گروه آزمایش در خرده‌مقیاس‌های درماندگی، اجتناب و مهارگری، کاهش و در خرده‌مقیاس‌های خلاقیت، اعتماد و روی‌آورد افزایش یافت (001/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی و حل مساله در مراحل پیش از ازدواج برای جوانان به‌ویژه دختران شاهد و ایثارگر به‌منظور ارتقای کیفیت زناشویی و کاهش تعارضات، اهمیت بسزایی دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Premarriage Skills Training on Communication Skills and Problem Solving in martyr and Veteran girls in Guilan province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: Most of the marital problems are due to lack of any communication or problem-solving skill. Based on the conducted studies, teaching such skills, before marriage, leads to less conflicts and higher marital satisfaction. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching the pre-marriage skills on the communication and problem-solving skills in the daughters of the martyrs and veterans of Gilan Province. Materials & Methods: In this semi-experimental pretest-posttest study with a control group, 18-25 years old daughters of martyrs and veterans of the cities of Gilan Province were studied in 2014. 50 persons (from Rasht) and 30 persons (from Lahidjan) were randomly selected via Multi-step Cluster Method. The persons were randomly divided into two groups including control and experimental. Ten 90-minute pre-marriage skills training sessions were conducted in experimental group (one session per week). Communication Skills Questionnaire and Problem-solving Scale were completed by the groups at the pretest and posttest stages. Data was analyzed using one-variable and multivariate covariance analysis methods. Findings: At the posttest stage, there were increases in the mean scores of the communication skills of experimental group in all the sub-scales including emotion management, understanding other persons, and assertiveness (p< 0.001). In the problem-solving scale, the scores of experimental group decreased in distress, avoidance, and controlling subscales, while there were increases in the scores of creativity, trust, and turning subscales (p< 0.001). Conclusion: It is very important to teach the communication and problem-solving skills to young persons and especially, the daughters of the martyrs and veterans before marriage to enhance the marriage quality and reduce the conflicts.
