عنوان فارسی بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی تاب آور در یکی از فرودگاه های کشور ایران در سال ۱۴۰۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله             سابقه و هدف: صنعت هوانوردی علیرغم پیشرفت قابل توجه در تکنولوژی و ایمنی همچنان شاهد حوادث ناگوار می باشد، که علت 80 درصد آنها، عوامل انسانی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی تاب آور در  یکی از فرودگاه های کشور، به منظور ارتقاء سطح فرهنگ ایمنی و تاب آوری فرودگاه، جهت کاهش حوادث اتجام شد.        مواد وروش ها: در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر، شاخص های فرهنگ ایمنی تاب آور توسط تیم خبرگان ایمنی و عملیات فرودگاهی با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی امتیازدهی شد و با کمک نرم افزار Expert Choice نسخه 11 وزن دهی و رتبه بندی شدند. همچنین پرسشنامه ی فرهنگ ایمنی تاب آور براساس شاخص های فوق الذکر، توسط کارکنان فرودگاه تکمیل و داده های حاصل به کمک نرم افزار   SPSS 16.0 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.        یافته ها: از نظر خبرگان، تعهد مدیریت (با وزن نرمال0/1)، صلاحیت (79/0) و آگاهی (0.69) دارای بیشترین اهمیت و  فرهنگ خطاپذیری(45/0) و انعطاف پذیری (39/0) و مدیریت تغییر (35/0) دارای کم ترین اهمیت بودند. از نظر کارکنان شاخص صلاحیت (با میانگین 12/4)، فرهنگ خطاپذیری (87/3) و آمادگی (84/3) دارای بیشترین نمره و مشارکت کارکنان (61/3)، انعطاف پذیری (48/3) و آگاهی (29/3) دارای کمترین نمره بودند.        نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته ها، عامل صلاحیت که هم از نظر کارکنان و هم خبرگان دارای رتبه بالایی بود می تواند در بهبود تاب آوری فرودگاه مؤثرین باشد. همچنین بهبود سطح آگاهی کارکنان، که از نظر خودشان دارای کمترین اهمیت است از مهم ترین عوامل موثر بر ایمنی تاب آوری می باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Study of Resilience Safety Culture in an Iranian Airport Using AHP in 2021
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: The aviation industry, despite considerable advances in technology and safety, is still witnessing unfortunate accidents, which 80% of them, are caused by human factors. This study aimed to investigate resilience safety culture in order to improve the level of safety culture and resilience and reduce accidents in one of the Iranian's airports. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, resilient safety culture indices were weighed and ranked by the expert panel include safety experts and airport operators using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert Choice software version 11. Also, the resilient safety culture questionnaire based on the above-mentioned indices was completed by the airport staff and the obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0. Results: According to the experts' opinions, management commitment (with normal weight of 1.0), competence (0.79) and awareness (0.69) have the most importance and just culture (0.45) and flexibility (0.39) and management of change (0.35) have the least importance. According to the airport staffs' opinions, competency (4.12), just culture (3.87) and readiness (3.84) have the highest score and employee participation (3.61), flexibility (3.48) and awareness (3.29) had the lowest score. Conclusion: Based on the results, the competency factor, which was highly rated by both staff and experts, can be effective in improving airport resilience. Improving the level of awareness of employees, which in their opinion is the least important, is one of the most important factors affecting resilience safety.
