طراحی چهارچوبی تحت ویندوز برای تدوین HSE Plan (مطالعه موردی : شرکت توزیع نیروی برق شیراز) |

سابقه و هدف: امروزه پیمانکاران ملزم به ارائه HSE- Planقبل از آغاز پروژه می باشند و مسئولین HSE در سازمان ها می‌بایست توانایی تدوین HSE- Planرا داشته باشند. به دلیل عدم وجود فرمت مشخص برای تدوین HSE- Plan ، جهت پیشگیری از سلیقه ای عمل کردن، صرف وقت و هزینه اضافی و از قلم افتادن بخش های ضروری آن، مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه الگویی ثابت برای کاربران جهت تدوین HSE- Plan خاص پروژه ها بویسله یک نرم افزار مناسب انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: ابتدا با جست و جو در پایگاه های داده ای مختلف و نظرات خبرگان، چهارچوب اصلی HSE-Plan تعیین شد، در مرحله بعد، ایده پردازی و طراحی پرتال انجام شد. سپس اطلاعات پایه ای مورد نیاز وارد برنامه شده و قسمت های مختلف برنامه مطابق با نیازمندی های هر بخش طراحی شد. در نهایت اعتبارسنجی نرم افزار با تست آن در یک شرکت توزیع نیروی برق استانی انجام شد. یافته ها: باتوجه به گزینه های ورودی، موضوع پروژه و الزامات خاص آن، خروجی های متناسب با پروژه های مختلف طراحی شده است و پس از وارد کردن اطلاعات مورد نیاز هر قسمت ، HSE Plan خروجی نمایش داده می شود. نتیجه گیری: این نرم افزار به کاربر کمک می کند تا با ورود اطلاعاتی نظیر داده های ارزیابی ریسک ، نتایج حوادث شغلی و... اهداف و خط مشی های مناسبی برای سازمان تعریف کرده و الزامات مربوطه را شناسایی کند که در نهایت مجموعه این مطالب، HSE Plan مورد نیاز کاربران را ایجاد می کند. |

Abstract Background and Objective: Today, contractors are required to submit an HSE-Plan before the start of the project, and HSE officials in organizations must be able to develop an HSE-Plan. Due to the lack of a specific format for the development of HSE-Plan, in order to avoid personal preferences , spending extra time and money and missing the necessary parts, the present study aims to provide a consistent model for users to develop a specific HSE-Plan Was done by a suitable software. Materials and Methods: First, by searching various databases and expert opinions, the main framework of HSE-Plan was determined, in the next step, the idea generation and design of the portal was done. Then the required basic information was entered into the program and different parts of the program were designed according to the requirements of each section. Finally, the software was validated by testing it in a provincial power distribution company. Results: According to the input options, the subject of the project and its specific requirements, the outputs are designed to suit different projects, and after entering the required information for each section, the output HSE Plan is displayed. Conclusion: This software helps the user to define appropriate goals and policies for the organization and identify the relevant requirements by entering information such as risk assessment data, results of occupational accidents, etc., and finally the collection of these materials, Creates the plan required by users. |
