عنوان فارسی ارتباط بین درک دانشجویان پرستاری از محیط یادگیری بالینی و رغبت به مراقبت از بیماران سالمند در آینده
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با توجه به افزایش جمعیت سالمندان، مراقبت از آن ها یکی از چالش‌های سیستم‌های مراقبتی و بهداشتی می‌باشد و این موضوع به پرستاران ماهر، متخصص و با انگیزه نیاز دارد؛ لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط درک دانشجویان پرستاری از محیط یادگیری بالینی و رغبت آن ها به مراقبت از بیماران سالمند در آینده انجام گردید. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی که با استفاده از روش سرشماری انجام شد، کلیه دانشجویان پرستاری(146 نفر) شرکت داشتند و این پژوهش در کلیه بخش‌های بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان که سالمندان در آن ها بستری بودند، انجام گرفت. به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌های ساریکوسکی، ادی و کمبل استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss  نسخه 16 و آزمون‌های آماری مختلفی مانند ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، اسپیرمن و من ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.   یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که بین درک دانشجویان پرستاری از محیط یادگیری بالینی همبستگی معنی داری وجود دارد و این جمله به این معنی می‌باشد که با بهبود درک از محیط یادگیری بالینی، تمایل دانشجویان برای مراقبت از بیماران سالمند افزایش می‌یابد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری : با توجه به افزایش نیازهای جامعه سالمند برای دریافت مراقبت‌های پرستاری، به نظر می‌رسد لازم است برنامه‌ریزان آموزش پرستاری تأثیر مثبت محیط بالینی را بر تمایل دانشجویان به منظور بهبود پرستاری از بیماران مسن را در نظر بگیرند و باید در این زمینه مداخلات لازم را انجام دهند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Relationship between Nursing Student’s Perception of Clinical Learning Environment and Willingness to Take Care of Elderly Patient in the Future
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Since aging population is increasing, taking care of them is one of the challenges in health care system. In addition, this issue requires skilled and experienced nurses feeling passionate and motivated. Thus, this study aimed to determine the relationship between students' perception of clinical learning environment and their willingness to caring elderly patients. Methods and Materials: All nursing students were participated in this cross- sectional study wich was conducted using census method. Moreover, this research was performed in hospitals affiliated to Kerman University of Medical sciences that elderly patients were hospitalized there. A questionnaire belonged to Saarikoski and Aday & Campbell was used in order to collect data. The data were analyzed through Pearson, Spearman, Mann-Whitney tests using SPSS version 16. Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the nursing students' perception of clinical learning environment (P=0.00). This means that students' tendency for taking care of elderly patients is increasing by enhancing their understanding of clinical learning environment. Discussion and Conclusion: Due to the increasing requirements of the elderly community to receive nursing care, it is necessary for nursing educational planners to consider the positive impact of clinical environment on students' willingness in order to improve nursing the elderly patients. Furthermore, they should take the necessary interventions in this regard.
