عنوان فارسی ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری در سیستم‌های تکنولوژی‌محور: یک مطالعۀ موردی در شبکۀ گازرسانی شهر تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: انواع خطرات طبیعی، انسان‌ساز و تکنولوژیک می‌تواند تاب‌آوری یک سیستم را تهدید نموده و باعث آسیب‌پذیری آن شود. در این راستا، مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری در شبکه گازرسانی شهر تهران انجام شد. مواد و روش‌‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در ایستگاه‌های تقلیل فشار درون شهری در یکی از مناطق گازرسانی شهر تهران در سال 1398 انجام شد. این مطالعه مبتنی بر رویکرد شناسایی کانون‌های خطر، تهدید و ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری انجام شد. ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری با استفاده از ماتریس سه بعدی و متشکل از سه فاکتور احتمال وقوع، شدت آسیب و میزان آمادگی در برابر تهدید صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: در ایستگاه‌های تقلیل فشار مورد مطالعه، شش منبع خطر یا تهدید شامل: اتصال عایقی، شیرهای قطع‌کننده، لوله‌های خطوط ایستگاه، سنسینگ‌ها، رگولاتور و فیلتر شناسایی گردید. آسیب‌پذیری ناشی از این شش منبع خطر به ترتیب 36، 30، 120، 112، 40 و 140 برآورد شد. نتایج نشان دادند که تهدید سه منبع خطر اتصال عایقی، شیرهای قطع‌کننده و رگولاتور در سطح دو و متوسط و آسیب‌پذیری ناشی از سه منبع تهدید لوله‌های خطوط ایستگاه، سنسینگ‌ها و فیلتر در سطح سه و شدید بوده و شاخص آسیب‌پذیری در محدوده 215 - 101 می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه بیانگر آن بودند که شش منبع خطر بزرگ تاب‌آوری ایستگاه‌های تقلیل فشار درون شهری در این منطقه، گازرسانی را تهدید می‌نماید. نتایج ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری این ایستگاه‌های تقلیل فشار نشان دادند که میزان تاب‌آوری در مقابل این تهدیدات به طور نسبی پایین بوده و نیازمند توجه ویژه در جهت کاهش آسیب‌پذیری در این بخش از شبکۀ گازرسانی می‌باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Vulnerability Assessment in Technology-Based Systems: A Case Study in Tehran Gas Supply Network
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: A variety of natural, man-made, and technological hazards threaten the resilience of a system and make it vulnerable. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess the vulnerability of the gas distribution network in the city of Tehran. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed in town board stations (TBSs) in one of the gas distribution areas of Tehran during 2019-2020. This study was conducted based on the approach of identifying hazard and threat centers and vulnerability assessment. The vulnerability assessment was performed using a three-dimensional matrix consisting of three factors, including the probability of occurrence, the severity of the damage, and the extent of preparedness for the threat. Results: In total, six hazard or  threat sources were identified in the studied TBSs, including insulating joints, shut-off valves, station pipelines, sensors, regulators, and filters. The vulnerability caused by these six sources was estimated at 36, 30, 120, 112, 40, and 140, respectively. Based on the results, insulating joints, shut-off valves, and regulators presented threats of level two (medium),  and station pipelines, sensors, and filters were level three threats (severe). The vulnerability index was in the range of 101-215. Conclusion: The results indicated that the resilience of TBSs in this area are threatened by six major sources. Furthermore, the results of the vulnerability assessment of these TBSs revealed that the resilience to these threats is relatively low. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the reduction of vulnerability in this area of the gas distribution network.
