تببین نقش میانجیگری شادابی اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی در تاثیر حمایت اجتماعی بر سلامت اجتماعی معلولان جسمی-حرکتی شهر تهران |

مقدمه: در مدل پزشکی، وظیفه شخص معلول تطبیق خود با جامعه است اما بر خلاف آن در مدل اجتماعی، اجتماع مسوول تطبیق دادن نیازهای فرد معلول با شرایط می باشند. بر این اساس سوال اصلی پژوهش بنا به اهمیت و جایگاه حمایت اجتماعی این‌گونه شکل گرفت؛ آیا میتوان از حمایت اجتماعی به‌عنوان عاملی اثرگذار بر سلامت اجتماعی افراد معلول سود جست؟ بنابراین مطالعه پیشرو به‌منظور تبیین تاثیر حمایت اجتماعی بر سلامت اجتماعی با میانجیگری متغیرهای کیفیت زندگی و شادابی اجتماعی انجام گردید. روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-تبیینی است و از روش پیمایش استفاده شده است. در اندازهگیری متغیرها، سلامت اجتماعی براساس شاخص های کییز، حمایت اجتماعی بر اساس شاخص های ولمن و فیشر، شادابی اجتماعی بر اساس شاخص های لیندنبرگ و کیفیت زندگی با پرسشنامه سازمان بهداشت جهانی عملیاتی شده اند. پرسشنامه پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی، با تلفیق روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی و تصادفی ساده، با برآورد حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران، در بین سیصد و نود معلول جسمی-حرکتی در استان تهران در سال 1398 اجرا گردید. نتایج: یافته‌های تحقیق در بررسی مدل معادلات ساختاری با نرمافزار Smart Pls نشان داد، میزان تاثیر مستقیم متغیر حمایت اجتماعی بر کیفیت زندگی و شادابی اجتماعی تاثیری قوی و بر سلامت اجتماعی تاثیر آن ضعیفتر بود. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با این نتایج نقش میانجی بودن دو متغیر کیفیت زندگی و شادابی اجتماعی مشهود است و از طرف دیگر تاثیر شادابی اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی بر سلامت اجتماعی قوی و قابل قبول میباشد. در نهایت میزان تاثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم سه متغیر حمایت اجتماعی، شادابی اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی بر سلامت اجتماعی به میزان0.33=R2 میباشد. |

Explaining the Mediating Role of Social Happiness and Quality of Life in the Impact of Social Support on the Social Health of Physically-Disabled People in Tehran |

Introduction: In the medical model, it is the job of the disabled person to adapt to society, but unlike it in the social model, the community is responsible for adapting the needs of the disabled to the situation. Accordingly, the foremost question of the research is this: According to the importance and status of social support, can it be used as a factor affecting the social health of persons with disabilities? And what is the impact of social support on social health mediated by social support variables and social happiness? Methods: This is descriptive-explanatory research with a descriptive-explanatory approach and the survey method has been used. In measuring the variables, social health based on Keyes indices, social support based on Wellman and Fisher indices, social well-being based on Lindbergh indices, and quality of life were operationalized with the World Health Organization questionnaire. After validity and reliability, the questionnaire was administered among three-hundred ninety physically handicapped persons in Tehran province in 2019 by combining the simple stratified and random sampling method with the estimation of sample size through the Cochran formula. Results: The findings of the research in structural equation modeling with Smart Pls indicate that the direct effect of social support variable on quality of life and social well-being has a stronger and weaker effect on social health. Conclusions: Social vitality is evident, and on the other hand the impact of social vitality and quality of life on social health is strong and acceptable. Finally, the direct and indirect effects of three variables of social support, social happiness, and quality of life on social health were R2=0.33. |
