عنوان فارسی اثر هم‌افزایی تمرین استقامتی و مکمل کورکومین بر بیان ژن‌های اینتراتوموری اینترلوکین-۴ (Il۴) وStat-۶ در موش‌های ماده مبتلا به سرطان پستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: محور پیام‌دهی Il4/Stat-6 یکی از مهم‏ترین مسیرهای مهم درگیر در رشد و توسعه سرطان پستان می‌باشد. از این‏ رو، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر هم‌افزایی تمرین استقامتی همراه با مکمل کورکومین بر بیان ژن‌های اینتراتوموری Il4 و Stat-6 در موش‌های ماده نژاد بالب سی مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود. روش بررسی: 40 سر موش بالب سی (5-4 هفته‌ایی) به صورت تصادفی به 4 گروه شامل گروه تمرین، کورکومین، تمرین-کورکومین و شاهد تقسیم شدند. سرطان پستان از نوع 4T1 به پهلوی راست موش‌ها پیوند زده شد. سپس تمرین استقامتی (پنج روز در هفته) و گاواژ کورکومین (شش بار در هفته) به مدت پنج هفته بر روی گروه‌های مورد مداخله انجام گرفت. میزان بیان ژن‏ های Il4 و  Stat-6به روش qRT-PCR اندازه‌گیری شد. از تحلیل واریانس یک سویه به همراه تست تعقیبی LSD جهت تجزیه تحلیل آماری استفاده شد. سطح معناداری آماری05/0 P<در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‏ ها: کاهش معنادار رشد سرطان در همه گروه‌های مداخله‌ایی نسبت به گروه شاهد مشاهده شد (05/0P<). تمرین استقامتی به همراه کورکومین منجر به کاهش معنادار بیان ژن‌های اینتراتوموری Il4 و Stat-6 در مقایسه با گروه شاهد شد (001/0P=). کاهش معنادار بیان ژن‌های Il4 (019/0P=) و Stat-6 (001/0P=) در گروه تمرین استقامتی مشاهده شد. کورکومین تنها باعث کاهش معنادار بیان ژن Stat-6 نسبت به گروه شاهد شد (001/0P=). نتیجه‏ گیری: به نظر می رسد پنج هفته تمرین استقامتی به همراه مکمل کورکومین در مقایسه با هر یک از استراتژی های غیردارویی به تنهایی در درمان سرطان موثرتر باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Synergistic Effect of Endurance Training Combined with Curcumin on Intratumoral Expression of Interleukin-4 (Il4) and Stat-6 in Female Mice with Breast Cancer
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The Il4/Stat-6 signaling axis is one of the most important pathways involved in the growth and development of breast cancer. Hence, the aim of the present study was to investigate the synergistic effect of endurance training along with curcumin on the intratumoral expression of Il4 and Stat-6 in female BALB/c mice with breast cancer. Methods: Forty BALB/c mice (4-5 weeks old) were randomly divided into four groups including exercise, curcumin, exercise-curcumin, and control. The 4T1 breast Tumors were transplanted subcutaneously in the right flank of all mice. Then, endurance training (5 days per week) was performed, and curcumin (6 times per week) was given by gavage for five weeks. The intratumoral expression of Il4 and Stat-6 were measured using the qRT-PCR method. One-way analysis of variance followed by LSD post hoc test, was used for the statistical analysis. P< 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: A significant decline in tumor growth was observed in all intervention groups compared with the control group (P< 0.05). Endurance training with curcumin resulted in a significant reduction in the intratumoral expression of Il4 and Stat-6 in comparison with the control group (P=0.001 for both genes). Significant reductions in the expression of Il4 (P=0.019) and Stat-6 (P=0.001) were also observed in the endurance exercise group. Curcumin only reduced Stat-6 gene expression compared with the control group (P=0. 001). Conclusion: Five weeks of endurance training with curcumin seems to be more effective in treatment of cancer compared with either of these non-pharmacological strategies alone.
