عنوان فارسی یافته های سی تی اسکن مغزی در بیماران موتورسوار با ضربه به سر مراجعه کننده به مرکز ترومای شهید رجایی شیراز در تابستان ۱۳۹۷
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: ضربه به سر و به دنبال آن، آسیب تروماتیک مغزی یکی از علل اصلی موربیدتی و مورتالیتی در ایران است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی یافته های سی تی اسکن (CT) مغزی در موتورسواران با آسیب تروماتیک مغزی می­باشد. مواد و روش ­ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی گذشته نگر (تیر-شهریور 1397) تمامی موتور سواران بالای 12 سال با تروما به سر، مراجعه کننده به بخش اورژانس بیمارستان شهید رجایی شیراز که CT اسکن مغزی برای ایشان انجام گرفت، وارد مطالعه شدند. پرونده های پزشکی بایگانی شده بیماران بررسی گردید و فرم جمع ­آوری داده ها شامل سن، جنس و یافته های مرتبط با ترومای حاد و یافته های تصادفی در CT اسکن مغزی تکمیل شد. سپس داده های به دست آمده مورد آنالیز آماری قرار گرفت. یافته ­ها: 642 بیمار وارد مطالعه شدند. میانگین سنی در افراد مورد بررسی 12/17±61/33 سال بود. همه بیماران مرد بودند. 51 بیمار (9/7%) دارای یافته غیرطبیعی در CT اسکن مغزی بودند. بیشترین یافته، شکستگی قاعده جمجمه (23%) و شکستگی های خطی جمجمه (17%) بود. هیچ یافته تصادفی (یافته های غیرمرتبط با ترومای حاد) مشاهده نگردید. 8 بیمار (7/15%) با یافته های مثبت در CT اسکن مغزی فوت کردند. بحث و نتیجه ­گیری: از آنجا که در مطالعه حاضر، تنها 9/7% از بیماران دارای یافته غیرطبیعی در CT اسکن مغزی بودند و با توجه به مقایسه نتایج به دست آمده از این مطالعه با مطالعات مشابه، به نظر می رسد میزان استفاده از CT اسکن مغزی در این مرکز بالا می باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Findings of brain computed tomography scan in motorcyclist patients with head trauma referred to Shiraz Shahid Rajaei Trauma Center in summer 2016
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Head trauma and subsequent traumatic brain injury are among the main causes of morbidity and mortality in Iran. The present study aimed to assess the abnormal findings of brain computed tomography (CT) scan in motorcyclist patients with traumatic brain injury. Materials and Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional study (July-September 2016) was conducted on all motorcyclist patients over 12 years who were referred for brain CT scan to the Emergency Department of Shahid Rajaei Hospital in Shiraz. Patients' archived medical files were reviewed, and a data collection form including age, gender, and findings related to acute trauma and incidental findings were completed. The obtained data were then statistically analyzed. Results:  A total of 642 patients were enrolled. The mean age score of participants was reported as 33.61±17.12 years. All patients were male. A number of 51 (7.9%) patients had abnormal findings in their brain CT scans. The most-reported findings were skull-based (23%) and cranial linear (17%) fractures. No incidental findings (findings unrelated to acute trauma) were found. Moreover, 8 (15.7%) patients died with abnormal findings in their brain CT scans. Conclusion: Since in the present study, only 7.9% of the patients had abnormal findings in their brain CT scan and considering the comparison of the results of this research with those obtained in other similar studies, brain CT scan is highly used in this center.
