طراحی الگویی بهینه برای توسعه مراکز سلامت محله ای شهر یاسوج |

چکیده زمینه و هدف: سلامت یکی از ارزشها و نیازهای اساسی هر انسان و حقی پذیرفته شده در مکاتب الهی و اسناد بین المللی همچون اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، حقوق بشر اسلامی و بیانیه سازمان جهانی بهداشت است. حفظ و ارتقای سلامت، مسؤولیتی فردی، اجتماعی، سازمانی و حاکمیتی است و یکی از پیش شرط های تحقق توسعه پایدار بشمار می‌رود. هدف مطالعه حاضر طراحی الگویی بهینه برای توسعه مراکز سلامت محله‌ای شهر یاسوج است. مواد و روش بررسی: پژوهش به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شد جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل ای کلیه مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر یاسوج به تعداد 900نفر بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 200 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و بااستفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و به روش آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ، تحلیل مسیر و آزمون t و رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت یافته‌ها: طبق نتایج بدست آمده در راستای طراحی مدل متغیر های پرستار، ماما و نگرش مردم تاثیر معنی داری بر متغیر بهداشت محیط داشتند. همچنین متغیر های بهداشت محیط، پرستار، ماما تاثر معنی داری بر متغیر تغذیه داشتند و متغیرهای سلامت روان و بهداشت محیط تاثیر معنا داری بر متغیر تغذیه داشتند 5/0>P بود و و سایر متغیرهای مستقل دارای تاثیر معنی داری بر آن نبودند. P>05/0 بود همچنین نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه عمیق نگاه مسئولین نسبت به وضعیت فعلی مراکز سلامت عموما ضعیف و متوسط ارزیابی گردیده است و در رابطه با وضعیت مطلوب در خصوص مراکز سلامت محله‌ای عموما اعتقاد بر این بود که اگر مردم محله مشارکت بیشتری داشته باشند، مراکز از حالت ضعیف و متوسط می‌توانند به سطوح بالاتر ارتقا یابند. نتیجه گیری: لذا با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده در این پژوهش ضروری است که نظام نامه نهایی در شورای عالی سلامت و امنیت غذایی کشور بررسی و تصویب شود. و اجرا ی آزما یشی و ارزش یابی آن پ یش از توسعه آن به سا یر مناطق شهر ی توصیه می شود و برا ی توسعه آن به سایر شـهرها. |

Designing an Optimal Model for the Development of Yasuj Neighborhood Health Centers Abstract Background and Aim: Health is one of the fundamental values and needs of every human being and the right recognized in divine schools and international instruments such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Islamic Human Rights and the World Health Organization Statement. Maintaining and promoting health is an individual, social, organizational, and sovereign responsibility, and is one of the preconditions for achieving sustainable development. The purpose of this study was to design an optimal model for the development of Yasuj neighborhood health centers. Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive-analytic study. The statistical population of this study consisted of all referrals to health centers affiliated to Yasuj University of Medical Sciences (NUMS). 200 of them were selected by simple random sampling method and using a researcher made questionnaire and analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, path analysis and t-test and regression. Results: According to the results of modeling of nursing variables, midwives and people's attitudes had a significant effect on environmental health variables. Also, environmental health variables, nurse, midwife had a significant effect on nutrition variables, and mental health and environmental health variables had a significant effect on nutrition variable, P < 0.05 and other independent variables had no significant effect on it. P> 0.05 was also assessed as the result of in-depth interviews of officials with regard to the current situation of generally poor and moderate health centers, and it was generally believed that if neighborhood people were more involved, in favor of the neighborhood health centers. In other words, centers from poor to moderate levels can be promoted to higher levels. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it is necessary to review and approve the final regulations in the Supreme Council of Health and Food Security of Iran. It is recommended to carry out testing and evaluation of its development in other areas of the city and to develop it in other cities. |
