عنوان فارسی آمادگی دانشجویان سال آخر رشته پزشکی و پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در خصوص یادگیری بین حرفه ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: یادگیری بین حرفه ای (IPL) این ظرفیت را دارد که باعث ایجاد همکاری های هر چه بیشتر میان فراگیران رشته های مختلف مراقبت سلامت گردد. از آنجایی که نگرش فراگیران به عنوان عامل اصلی در اجرا و موفقیت یک برنامه می باشد، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش دانشجویان سال آخر رشته پزشکی و پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران نسبت به اجرای آموزش بین حرفه ای انجام گردید. روش بررسی: مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بود که روی 200 نفر از دانشجویان رشته پزشکی وپرستاری و مامایی که تجربه کار در محیط بالینی را داشتند با استفاده از پرسشنامه روا و با پایایی شده RIPLS ، انجام شد. یافته ها: از بین 200 پرسشنامه ای که توزیع گردید در حدود 180 پرسشنامه تکمیل گردید.6/50 درصد مونث و 4/49 درصد مذکر بوده اند. میانگین(انحراف معیار) امتیازکل دانشجویان مورد مطالعه برابر با 8/69 (2/9 SD=) بوده است. بین دو گروه پزشکی و پرستاری- مامایی از لحاظ آمادگی برای آموزش بین حرفه ای تفاوت معنی داری از نظر آماری مشاهده نشد، اما در زیر حیطه همکاری و کار تیمی تفاوت آماری معنی داری مشاهده گردید (P< 0.001) و دانشجویان پزشکی نمره کمتری را در این قسمت نسبت به دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی کسب کردند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که نگرش مناسب بین دانشجویان برای آموزش و یادگیری بین حرفه ای وجود دارد و این خود مهمترین پشتوانه جهت ورود این رویکرد نوین آموزشی در کوریکولوم درسی دانشجویان می باشد. ایمیل نویسنده مسئول:s.sharifian@sbmu.ac.ir

عنوان انگلیسی The Interprofessional learning readiness of senior students of Medicine and Nursing and midwifery in Iran University of Medical Sciences.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction The interprofessional learning (IPL) has the potential to increase cooperation between the health care students in different disciplines. But it depends on the willingness of the students to learn together. The attitude of learner is an essential factor in implementing and successfulness of any educational program. so, the aim of this study is, investigating the attitude of  senior student of medicine and nursing and midwifery about interprofessional education in IUMS. Methods  This cross-sectional study was done on 200 senior students of medicine, nursing and midwifery with clinical experiences in clinical wards. Data gathering was done by RIPLS questionnaire (Readiness for Inter Professional Learning Scale) with the score reliability of 0.92. Convenience Sampling was selected for sampling method. Results  The response rate was 90%. From 180 completed questionnaires,   80 and 100 questionnaires were completed by the medical students and students of nursing and midwifery, respectively. 50.6% of study participants were female and 49.4% were male. The mean readiness score of students was 69.8(SD= 9.2). The study showed no significant relationship between two groups (medical student and nursing-midwifery student) in readiness for inter- professionals training. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups on the subscale "teamwork and collaboration". Medical students had the lower score on this subscale compared to nursing and midwifery students.   Conclusion The results show a desirable attitude towards IPL among the medical, Nursing and midwifery students. So it is a good chance to initiate interprofessinal learning strategies in their curriculums.
