Gender selection applies in some cases to avoid contagion from parents to offspring or genetic manipulation (is done) the medical advances of the embryo gender diagnosis goes beyond the use of modern medical techniques also contribute to the vitality of the human has it easy. the aspect explanation of the jurisprudence and legal issue after its identification and description of used methods was at the jurists and lawyers thoughts. The mention subject at the counties law that have reached the new methods of sex selection more quickly than the others has become as a legal rule. The issue of male or female desire exist at the religious text and has been questioned. regardless of the legal aspects of gender imbalance problem concerns of communities is also added to the importance of the issue, gender discrimination, giving the girl the boy vice versa, according to the ethical aspect of research has made it necessary to recognize the ethical dimensions of the jurisprudence and legal.Doing this research by using library study , collect ideas of jurists and some countries written law. the sex selection of embryo is taken into consideration and the results achived is clear. Tries to answer this fundamental question that allowsd the fetalsex selection,the gender selection is not forbidden by non of Islamic roles or Quran and people can do it if they avoid of any corruption
