عنوان فارسی موکورمایکوزیس رینوسربرال: گزارش ۶ مورد در گرگان
چکیده فارسی مقاله موکورمایکوزیس رینوسربرال یک عفونت قارچی مهاجم و به سرعت پیشرونده با درگیری ساختمان‌های سر و گردن هم‌چون سینوس‌های هوایی، چشم و مغز می‌باشد که بیش‌تر در افراد دارای نقص ایمنی دیده می‌شود و در افراد سالم به ندرت رخ می‌دهد. تشخیص صحیح بیماری مشکل بوده و مرگ ومیر ناشی از آن 69-30 درصد می‌باشد. در این مطالعه ما تجربیات خود در زمینه علایم، تشخیص، درمان و پیش‌آگهی مربوط به 6 مورد بیمار مبتلا به موکورمایکوزیس رینوسربرال شرح داده‌ایم. از شش بیمار مورد مطالعه، 3 نفر زن و 3 نفر مرد با متوسط سنی 43 سال بوده‌اند. 4 مورد مبتلا به دیابت و یک مورد مبتلا به آنمی آپلاستیک و یک مورد نیز مبتلا به آنمی فقر آهن گزارش گردید. از این تعداد در 3 مورد پاتولوژی مثبت گزارش گردید. در نهایت 4 بیمار با اقدامات و دارویی تاکنون درمانی شامل جراحی زنده مانده و دو مورد نیز فوت نمودند. هر دو مورد فوت شده طی درمان رضایت به عمل جراحی تهاجمی نداده بودند. با توجه به این که تشخیص سریع ضایعه، شانس بقای بیمار را افزایش می‌دهد، در موارد عفونت مخاط دستگاه تنفسی در ﺑﻴﻤﺎران ﺑﺎ ﺿﻌﻒ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ اﻳﻤﻨﻲ، ﻋﻔﻮﻧﺖ‌ﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﻃﻠﺐ ﻗﺎرﭼﻲ ﻧﺒﺎﻳﺪ دور از ذﻫﻦ ﺑﻤﺎﻧﺪ.

عنوان انگلیسی Rhinocerebral Mucormycosis: A Series of Six cases in Gorgan
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Mucormycosis is a progressive and invasive fungal infection that commonly affects structures in the head and neck, such as sinuses, orbits, and the brain. This infection occurs in immunocompromised patients and is rarely seen in healthy individuals. Correct diagnosis of the disease is often difficult and its mortality rate is 30% -69%. In this study, the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment methods and prognosis of six patients with rhinocerebral mucormycosis are described. The cases were three females and three males whose mean age was 43 years. Among the cases four had diabetes, one had aplastic anemia, and one person had iron deficiency anemia. Pathology was positive in three patients. Finally, four patients survived with treatments including surgery and medication, but two individuals died. Those two did not consent to have surgery. Rapid diagnosis could increase the chance of survival, therefore, fungal opportunistic infections should be taken into account in immunocompromised patients with respiratory mucosal infections.
