مقایسه صحت اندازه‌گیری فاصله CEJ تا کرست آلوئول در رادیوگرافی دیجیتال با دو نرم‌افزار پردازش تصاویر |

مقدمه: در تشخیص بیماری های پریودنتال از تکنیک های مختلفی استفاده می شود. تهیه رادیوگرافی ابزار کمکی سودمند در تشخیص بیماری های پریودنتال، تعیین پیش آگهی و درمان بیماری می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و مقایسه میزان صحت اندازه گیری فاصله ( Cemento enamel junction ) CEJ تا کرست آلوئول در رادیوگرافی دیجیتال با نرم افزارهای Dental eye و Scanora بود. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه ی تجربی- آزمایشگاهی، از 63 محل در مندیبل خشک انسان رادیوگرافی پری اپیکال دیجیتال تهیه شد. سپس فاصله کرست با CEJ با دو نرم افزار Dental eye و Scanora محاسبه شد و با حالت استاندارد (اندازه گیری بر روی جمجمه) مقایسه گردید. آنالیز آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 20 و آزمون های آماری آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و t زوج در سطح معنی داری 05/0= α انجام شد. یافته ها: اختلاف معنی داری در تعیین فاصله CEJ تا کرست آلوئول در سطوح مزیال دندانی بین سه اندازه گیری استاندارد، Dental eye و Scanora به دست آمد (03/0 = p value )، اما نتایج حاصله اختلاف معنی داری میان فاصله CEJ تا کرست آلوئول در سطح دیستال نشان نداد (248/0 = p value ). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به محدودیت های مطالعه ی حاضر، صحت اندازه گیری میانگین فاصله CEJ تا کرست آلوئول در هر دو نرم افزار رادیوگرافی دیجیتال ( Dental eye و Scanora ) نسبت به یکدیگر و نسبت به حالت استاندارد تنها در سطح دیستال دندان وجود دارد. |

Introduction: Various techniques are used to diagnose periodontal diseases. Radiography is a useful tool in the diagnosis of periodontal disease , determination of the prognosis and treatment. The aim of this study was to compare the accuracy of determining the distance between the alveolar crest and CEJ in digital radiography with Scanora and Dental Eye software programs. Materials and methods: In this in vitro study 63 sites in a dry human mandible underwent digital periapical radiography . The distance from the alveolar crest to the CEJ was calculated using Dental Eye and Scanora software programs and compared with the standard mode (measured on the skull ). Statistical analysis was performed with ANOVA and paired t-test using SPSS 20 at α=0.05 . Results: There were significant differences in the distances between CEJ and the alveolar crest at the mesial surfaces as measured by the three techniques of standard mode , Dental Eye and Scanora (p value ≤ 0.03); however, there were no significant differences between the results on distal surfaces (p value = 0.248). Conclusions: Under the limitations of the present study, the measurements made to determine the distance from the CEJ to the alveolar crest with Dental Eye and Scanora, relative to each other, and relative to the standard mode, were accurate only on distal surfaces of teeth. |
