عنوان فارسی بررسی جایگزینی بین عوامل تولید انرژی و نیروی کار در بخش صنعت ایران (با تاکید بر سیاست های زیست محیطی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این تحقیق با توجه به اثرات مخرب مصرف انرژی بر کیفیت محیط‌زیست و محدودیت آن در ایران، جانشین کردن نیروی‌کار به­ جای انرژی و تاثیر آن بر اقتصاد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور برآورد کشش جانشینی بین دو نهاده­­ ی نیروی‌کار و انرژی برای بخش صنعت ایران با استفاده از تابع تولید CES و مشاهدات دوره­ ای (1392-1359) انجام گردید. نتیجه حاکی از مقدار کشش جانشینی به میزان 48/0 درصد است. سایر نتایج به­ دست آمده از برآوردها نشان می­ دهد با افزایش قیمت انرژی به عنوان یک سیاست زیست­ محیطی می­ توان مصرف آن را کاهش داد و از طرفی به دلیل جانشین بودن دو نهاده­ ی نیروی­ کار و انرژی می­ توان شاهد افزایش تقاضا برای نیروی­ کار بود. افزایش قیمت انرژی به عنوان یک سیاست زیست­ محیطی می­ تواند دو اثر مثبت بر اقتصاد برجای بگذارد؛ از طرفی منجر به کاهش مصرف انرژی و بهبود محیط­زیست می­ شود و از طرفی دیگر با جایگزین کردن نیروی­ کار به جای انرژی تقاضا برای نیروی­ کار و اشتغال را افزایش می­ دهد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this study, according to destructive effects of energy consumption on the environment quality and its limits in Iran, substitution the labor instead of energy and its impact on the economy was investigated. estimation the elasticity of substitution between labor and energy for industry sector of Iran by using the CES production function and periodic observation (1980-2013) was performed.The result suggests that the amount of substitution elasticity is 0.48 percent.The other results of estimations show that by increasing the price of energy as an environmental policy reduced its consumption and on the other hand, because of the substitution between energy and labor increasing the labor demand can be seen. Increasing the energy price as an environmental policy can have two positive effects on the economy; on the one hand, occurs reducing the energy consumption and improvement of the environment and on the other hand by substitution the labor instead of energy the labor demand and employment increases.
