عنوان فارسی رابطه بین هوش سازمانی و فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با اثربخشی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان آمل
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با هدف رابطه هوش سازمانی و فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با اثر‌بخشی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان آمل انجام پذیرفت. روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل: مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان آمل، به تعداد 227 نفر در سال 1396بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی مورگان 140 نفر تعیین شد و نمونه‌گیری به روش خوشه‌ای انجام پذیرفت. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی (آلبرخت) با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 740/0، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (محمودی) 718/0، اثربخشی (حسن‌زاده) 756/0، که روایی و پایایی آن تایید گردید، استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spps18 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین هوش سازمانی با اثربخشی مدیران رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. هم‌چنین، رابطه‌ی بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با اثربخشی مدیران، رابطه‌ی بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با هوش سازمانی تایید گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل نیز حاکی از وجود رابطه‌ی مثبت و معناداری بین هوش سازمانی و فناوری اطلاعات با اثر‌بخشی مدیران بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نهایتا با توجه به سه فرض پژوهش و این که زندگی در دنیای کنونی نیازمند آموزش و پرورش مبتنی بر دانایی، تحقیق و نوآوری است ، استفاده از فناوری‌های جدید ارتباطی، ما را در این امر یاری می‌کند و سبب ارتقای کیفیت یادگیری کمال بخشیدن به خود و محیط پیرامون می‌شود. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه هوش سازمانی و فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با اثربخشی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان آمل بوده است.که یافته ها نشان داد که بین هوش سازمانی و فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با اثربخشی مدیران، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Relation between Organizational Intelligence and Information and Communication Technology with the Effectiveness of Elementary School Principals City of Amol
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction and purpose of the Research: The present research was conducted with the aim of relationship between organizational intelligence and information and communication technology with the effectiveness of primary school principals in Amol city. Methods: The research method was descriptive - correlational and the statistical population included: primary school administrators in Amol city, the number was 227 in 1396. The sample size was determined using Morgan table of 140 people. The cluster sampling was done. Data were collected using organizational intelligence questionnaire (Alberhet) with Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0/740), information and communication technology (Mahmoodi) (0/718), effectiveness (Hasanzadeh) 0/756, validity and reliability of which was confirmed. Data analysis was performed with spps18 software. Findings: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and the effectiveness of managers. Also, the relationship between information and communication technology with the effectiveness of managers, the relationship between information technology and communication with organizational intelligence has been confirmed. Analysis also showed a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and information technology with the effectiveness of managers. Conclusions: Finally, given the three assumptions of research and the fact that life in the current world requires education based on knowledge, research and innovation, the use of new communication technologies helps us in this and improves the quality of our learning to complete ourselves and The environment is around. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and information and communication technology with the effectiveness of primary school principals in Amol city. Results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and information and communication technology with the effectiveness of managers.
