عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان آگاهی تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل از قوانین و استانداردهای حقوق بیمار در بیمارستان های آموزشی-درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال ۹۶-۱۳۹۵
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: آگاهی تکنولوژیست اتاق عمل از قوانین و استانداردهای تدوین شده مرتبط با حقوق بیماران نقش موثری در حمایت از این حقوق و پیشبرد اهداف درمانی ، حقوقی و انسانی دارد. روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی با مشارکت 143 نفر از تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل شامل در 9 مرکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران براساس نمونه گیری بصورت سرشماری انجام گردید.ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود و پایایی به روش آلفای کرونباخ و روایی صوری و محتوایی انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزارspss نسخه 19و شاخص های آماری توصیفی ،آزمون کای دو، همبستگی پیرسون انجام گردید.  یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که 19.6 درصد تکنولوژیست های از سطح آگاهی ضعیف ،39.2 درصد از سطح آگاهی متوسط و 41.3 درصد از سطح آگاهی خوب برخوردار بودند.بیشترین مبزان آگاهی در گویه"حق انتخاب پزشک مشاور" و کمترین میزان آگاهی مربوط به گویه"حق انتخاب وتصمیم گیری درخواست عدم احیا و درمان های اضافی"بود. نتیجه گیری: بررسی ها نشان داد اکثریت تکنولوژیست های شرکت کننده در مطالعه از سطح آگاهی خوبی در خصوص منشور حقوق بیمار برخوردار بودند. پیشنهاد می شود با عنایت به اینکه بیشترین و کمترین میزان آگاهی مربوط به "حق انتخاب و تصمیم گیری آزادانه" بود، با آموزش کادر درمانی و بالا بردن آگاهی آن ها در جنبه های مختلف حقوق بیمار کارایی و کیفیت مراقبت های بهداشتی را به حداکثر رسانده و طرح دعوی و شکایت از تکنولوژیست ها را کاهش دهند.

عنوان انگلیسی Knowledge Evaluation of Surgical Technologists about Laws and Standards of Patients Rights in the Academic-Medicinal Hospitals of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 2016-2017
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The surgical technologist's knowledge of the rules and developed standards related to patients rights has an effective role in protecting these rights and advancing therapeutic, legal and human goals. Methods and Materials: This cross-sectional study was conducted among 143 surgical technologist in 9 hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected through a research made questionnaire tested by applying Cranach's alpha for measuring reliability. In addition, both face and content validity of the questionnaire have been checked by faculty members. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics such as chi-square test and Pearson correlation using SPSS version 19. Results: The results indicated that 19.6% of surgical technologists had a low level of knowledge, 39.2% of them had an average level of knowledge and 41.3% had a good level of knowledge. The highest level of knowledge was in the item of "Choosing a counselor" and the lowest level of knowledge was in the item of "Choosing and decision making" for requesting non-rehabilitation and additional treatment". Discussion and Conclusion: The findings revealed that the majority of participated surgical technologists had a good level of knowledge about the patient rights charter. Regarding the fact that the highest and lowest level of knowledge were related to "the right to choose and decide freely", it is suggested to maximize the quality and efficacy by training medical staffs and enhancing their awareness of various aspects and minimize the complaints from them.
