در این پژوهش که به روش میدانی در سازمان فرهنگی و هنری شهرداری تهران به انجام رسیده است ؛ نویسنده درابتدا به توصیف مفهوم مدیر یت مدیریت دانش پرداخته و اهمیت آن را در سازمان ها تبیین می کند و ضمن ارائه یبه اهمیت مقوله ی جابجایی سازمانی اشاره نموده و « ارزش افزوده » و « زنجیره ارزش » ،« زنجیره ی دانش » تعاریفی ازیادآوری می کند که مستند سازی تجربیات مدیران در اعتلای دانش مدیریت، تا چه اندازه ضرورت دارد . اینپژوهش نشان می دهد که مدل کیفیت، بیشترین تاثیر را در توسعه ی دانش سازمانی داشته و طراحی سیستم استدلالمحور ، از کمترین میزان تاثیر برخوردار است. |

In this investigation which is done in a field method in the artistic andcultural organization of the City Hall of Tehran City, the author firstdescribes the concept of knowledge management, and indicates itsimportance in organizations, and presenting some definitions of"knowledge chain", "value chain" and "added value", the author pints outthe importance of organizational move, and reminds the necessity ofdocumenting managers' experiences in increasing the managementknowledge.As the results from this research indicate, the quality model has the mosteffect on the organizational knowledge development, while designing theaxis reasoning system has the least effect on it.Key words: artistic and cultural organization, City Hall of Tehran,knowledge management, knowledge chain, value chain, added value,organizational move, organizational knowledge, the axis reasoning system. |
