عنوان فارسی ارزیابی آگاهی ، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران نسبت به اصول اخلاق اسلامی در مراقبت های پرستاری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه هدف: نقش آگاهی ، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران شاغل در مراکز درمانی نسبت به اصول اخلاق اسلامی در مراقبت های پرستاری قابل توجه می باشد ،لذا بر آن شدیم تا سطح آگاهی ، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران را درمورد اصول اخلاق اسلامی  مورد ارزیابی قرار دهیم. روش بررسی: در این بررسی مقطعی ،آگاهی و نگرش551  پرستار برحسب متغییرهای سن ،جنس،تحصیلات،نوع استخدام در بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1394  به وسیله  پرسشنامه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه یک پرسشنامه از طریق  Focus group discussion  (بحث گروهی و بارش افکار) تهیه شد ، در تهیه این پرسشنامه از اساتید و صاحبنظران این رشته بهره گرفته شد و در نهایت میزان روایی سنجیده شد. پایایی این پرسشنامه از طریق ارزیابی تست آلفا کرونباخ سنجیده شد.  اطلاعات در SPSS  آنالیز و مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.   یافته ها:مطالعه ما نشان داده است  جنس زن ، داشتن سابقه کاری 15-20 سال ، نوع استخدام و داشتن سطح تحصیلات قوق لیسانس و بالاتر ، با بالاتر آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مرتبط می باشد.همچنین بر اساس نتایج، این مطالعه ارتباط معنی داری بین سن و سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد را  در مورد اصول اخلاق اسلامی بویژه در دهه سنی سن 40-50 سال  گزارش کرده است(05/0 p<). نتیجه گیری:نگرش نسبت به اصول اخلاق اسلامی قوی ترین پیشگویی کننده در التزام به اخلاق در مراقبت می باشد، از اینرو آموزش این اصول به پرستاران می تواند نقش به سزایی در رعایت اخلاق در مراقبت از بیماران داشته باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: evaluation knowledge, attitude and performance of nurses about the source of Islamic Ethics In nursing care in the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Materials and methods: In this cross-sectional study, knowledge, attitude and performance of nurses about the source of Islamic Ethics according of nurses' age, sex, education, type of employment in hospitals (by a valid questionnaire) were evaluated. All data were analysis by SPSS. In this study through a Focus group, discussion a questionnaire had designed by commences of authors of this field, and, then validity evaluated. Reliability of this questionnaire evaluated by test –re test .All data had analyzed by SPSS.   Result: Our study has shown that female sex, work experience between 15-20 years, type of employee,  higher education level are associated with a higher level of knowledge, attitude and practice about principles of Islamic ethics. Also, according to our analysis, especially in the age of 40-50 ,there was a significant relationship between age and level of knowledge, attitude and practice to the principles of Islamic ethics was reported (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that considering the existence of a significant relationship between educational indices and work experience and the age of nurses with the level of knowledge and attitude and practice regarding to principles of Islamic ethics, it is suggested that educational courses about Islamic ethics according to different employee, education levels and age of nurses can is presented.
