عنوان فارسی آگاهی و نگرش زوجین مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره قبل از ازدواج شهر کرمان در مورد بیماری ایدز در سال ۱۳۸۷
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف : ایدز نه فقط یک مشکل بهداشتی بلکه یک معضل اجتماعی و فرهنگی است که مشکلات اقتصادی نیز به دنبال دارد. از آنجایی­که رفتار بهداشتی صحیح نتیجه نگرش درست و آگاهی عمیق است، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آگاهی و نگرش زوجین مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره قبل از ازدواج کرمان نسبت به این بیماری انجام گرفت. روش­کار : در این مطالعه مقطعی، 1020 زوج شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها پرسش­نامه­ای شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، 22 سؤال سنجش آگاهی و 10 گویه نگرش­سنج در مورد بیماری ایدز بود. یافته­ها : بر اساس یافته­ها آگاهی 1/40 درصد زوجین در سطح عالی، 4/37 درصد خوب، 20 درصد متوسط و 6/2 درصد ضعیف و در مورد نگرش 4/58 درصد عالی، 5/33 درصد خوب، 1/7 درصد متوسط و 1/1 درصد ضعیف بود. آزمون مجذور کای بین آگاهی و نگرش با سن، تحصیلات و شغل افراد ارتباط معنی­داری را نشان داد (در همه موارد 0001/0= P )، به­طوری­که با افزایش تحصیلات، آگاهی و نگرش افراد افزایش یافته، همچنین گروه سنی 35-16 سال و افراد کارمند از آگاهی ونگرش بالاتر و مثبت­تری برخوردار بودند. بین نگرش و جنس نیز ارتباط معنی­دار مشاهده شد (0001/0= P ) ، به­طوری­که آقایان نگرش مثبت­تری نسبت به خانم­ها داشتند. از نظر منبع کسب اطلاعات، صدا و سیما بیشترین میزان (9/59 درصد) را داشت. نتیجه­گیری : طبق یافته­ها بیشترین منبع کسب اطلاعات صدا و سیما بود، بنابراین تقویت برنامه­های آموزشی این رسانه با در نظر گرفتن مخاطبین ضروری می­باشد. آموزش در سطح مدارس بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته و نظارت و مشارکت بخش بهداشت نیز تقویت گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Knowledge and Attitude of Couples, Referring to Kerman Pre-marriage Counseling Center, towards AIDS, 2008
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Objective : AIDS is not only a health problem but also a socio-cultural challenge leading to economic problems. Since appropriate health behavior is the result of adequate knowledge and attitude, this study was performed on couples, referring to Kerman pre-marriage counseling center, to determine their knowledge and attitude towards AIDS and its related factors. Methods : In this cross-sectional study, 1020 couples participated. Data was collected using a questionnaire concerning demographic information, and including 22 questions about knowledge and 10 items about attitudes. Results : According to our findings, the couples’ knowledge level was excellent in 40.1%, good in 37.4%, moderate in 20% and poor in 2.6%. The attitude was excellent in 58.4%, good in 33.5%, moderate in 7.1% and poor in 1.1%. There was a significant relationships between knowledge and attitude with age, educational status and career using Chi-square test (P=0.0001 in all cases) in a way that those with higher educational levels, in age group between 16 to 35 years old and employees had better knowledge and a more positive attitude. There was also a significant relationship between the attitude and sex (P=0.0001) male participants showed a more positive attitude compared with women. Among sources of knowledge, radio and TV were the most frequently mentioned ones (59.9%). Conclusion : Our results suggest that TV and radio are the most frequent information resources so improving their related educational programs according to addressed group is necessary. More attention to health education in schools accompanied with cooperation and supervision of health sector is recommended.
