عنوان فارسی طراحی استانداردهای آموزش بالینی دوره فوریت های پزشکی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: امروزه حرکت کیفی به سمت آموزش­های بهینه و کارآمد در نظام­های تعلیم و تربیت امری ضروری است و لازمه این امر انطباق برنامه­های آموزشی، پژوهشی و مدیریتی با رشد حرفه­ای، دانش تولید شده و استانداردهاست. هدف: مطالعه به منظور طراحی استانداردهای آموزش بالینی دوره کاردانی فوریت­های پزشکی انجام شد. مواد و روش­ها: این مطالعه کیفی در سال­های 1392-1393 طی چهار مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول، استانداردهای داخلی و خارجی در رابطه با آموزش بالینی و آموزش کاردان فوریت پزشکی ( EMT Intermediate ) از طریق اینترنت استخراج شد. در مرحله دوم، با بهره ­ گیری از این استانداردها و اظهارنظر اساتید راهنما و مشاور و 6 نفر از مسئولین مراکز فوریت پزشکی و اعضای هیأت علمی گروه فوریت­های پزشکی، 108 استاندارد در 6 حیطه تنظیم شد . در مرحله سوم، برگه نظرسنجی پیش ­ نویس استانداردها همراه با سؤال باز جهت ارزیابی کیفیت و امکان­پذیری استا ن داردها با استفاده از روش دلفی و براساس نمونه­گیری مبتنی بر هدف برای 14 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی گروه فوریت­های پزشکی و 10 نفر از مسئولین مراکز فوریت­های پزشکی ارسال شد. در مرحله چهارم، داده­های کمی با شاخص­های گرایش مرکزی و پراکندگی و همچنین داده­های کیفی با تحلیل محتوا تحلیل شدند. با توجه به نظرها و بازخوردهای ارایه شده، تغییرات ضروری در استانداردها اعمال و حاصل کار برای اظهارنظر مجدد به کارشناسان ارایه و بعد از اجماع نظر، متن نهایی استانداردها آماده شد. یافته‌ها: 105 استاندارد د ر 6 حیطه زیر پیشنهاد شد: هیأت علمی و مدرسین بالینی (14 استاندارد)، دانشجویان (3 استاندارد)، برنام ه آموزشی (25 استاندارد)، منابع و تسهیلات (16 استاندارد)، فعالیت ­ های یادده ی- یادگیری (24 استاندارد) و پیامدهای خروجی (23 استاندارد). نتیجه­گیری: از نظر خبرگان، اکثر استانداردها مهم، شفاف، قابل اندازه ­ گیری و در دانشگاه­های مختلف، امکان­پذیر بودند. انتظار م ی­رود عملیاتی شدن مجموعه استانداردهای تدوین شده، آموزش بالینی مقطع کاردانی رشته فوریت­های پزشکی را در ایران علمی ­ تر و مؤثرتر سازد .

عنوان انگلیسی Developing standards for clinical training of medical emergency diploma course
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Today, moving towards optimal and efficient education is essential in educational systems. This requires adaptation in educational, research and management programs with professional development, producing knowledge and the standards. Objective: The aim of this study was to develop the standards for clinical training of medical emergency diploma course. Methods: This qualitative study was performed in four steps during 2013-14. Firstly, local and foreign standards related to the clinical education and intermediate emergency medical technician (EMT) training obtained from the web. In the second step, 108 standards within 6 domains were designed in accordance to the comments of the supervisor and advisors, and 6 of officials in medical emergency centers as well as department faculties of medical emergencies. In the third step, a list of open-ended questions was sent to 14 faculty members in emergency medicine and 10 officials in medical emergency centers based on purposive sampling method to assess the quality and feasibility of standards, using the Delphi method. In the fourth step, quantitative data were analyzed by calculating indices of central tendency and dispersion and qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. According to the comments and feedbacks, all necessary changes in the standards were addressed and then the results were sent back to the experts for final review. The final version of the standards was prepared after consensus. Findings: One hundred and five standards within 6 domains were developed for clinical training of medical emergency diploma course in Iran including faculties and clinical instructors (14), students (3) educational program (25), resources and facilities (16), activities of teaching - learning (24) outputs and outcomes (23). Conclusion: According to the experts’ views, the majority of the final standards were important, clear, measurable, and feasible in different universities. It’s expected that operationalization of the developed standards makes clinical training of medical emergency diploma course more scientific and effective in Iran.
