عنوان فارسی تأثیر دو رویکرد الهیاتی و متن‌گرا بر اخلاق زیستی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: کاربرد علوم و فنّاوری‌های نوین زیستی و پزشکی در جوامع انسانی در دهه‌های اخیر موجب تغییر نگرش­های دینی و اخلاقی سنتی شده است. استفاده از این فنّاوری­ها مباحث اخلاقی و دینی بی‌سابقه­ای را شکل داده است که جز با توجه به بنیادهای داوری اخلاقی موجه و مفید نخواهند بود. این مسئله به­ویژه در جوامعی مانند جوامع اسلامی قابل توجه است که دین در آنها نقشی قابل توجه در شکل­دهی به باورهای اخلاقی و قواعد و مقررات حقوقی دارد.   روش کار: این پژوهش با روش تحلیل فلسفی انجام شده است و داده‌های آن از طریق منابع چاپی مانند کتاب، مقاله و منابع اینترنتی از زبان‌های فارسی، انگلیسی و عربی گردآوری شده است. در نگارش مقاله، ضمن تحلیل مفهوم‌های اساسی همچون «دین» و «اخلاق»، تلاش شده است موضوع به صورت مقایسه‌ای، از منظر تفکر فلسفی غربی و اندیشه اسلامی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.   یافته‌ها: پژوهش حاضر می‌کوشد با در نظر داشتن تحولات جدید بیوتکنولوژیک و مسائل هنجاریِ برآمده از آنها ارتباط نگرش‌های دینی و اخلاقی به این مسائل را بررسی و اعتبار اقسام نظریه‌پردازی‌های اخلاقی- دینی درباره مسائل اخلاق زیستی را بسنجد. همچنین تلاش می‌کند ضمن طرح و ارزیابی نگرش­های الهیاتی و متن­گرا به اخلاق زیستی، نگرشی سنجیده به مسائل اخلاق زیستی، از منظری دینی، فراهم کند.   نتیجه‌گیری: دستورالعمل­های اخلاق دینیِ رایج میان دینداران در زمینه اخلاق زیستی می­تواند در کنار دستورالعمل‌های عرفی درباره آن قرار گیرد و سنجیده شود. اما توجیه عقلانی این دستورالعمل­ها در سطح نظریه اخلاقی و فلسفه اخلاق صورت می­گیرد که مستقل می‌نماید. احکام شرعی در حوزه مسائل زیستی می­توانند با وجهه نظر قرار دادن اخلاق و عدالت صادر شوند. این احکام، هم اخلاقی و عادلانه و هم مستند به تعالیم دینی خواهند بود.

عنوان انگلیسی The Impact of the Logical and Textual Approaches to Religion on Bioethics
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Application of modern medical and bio sciences and also that of modern biotechnologies to human life, during the last decades, have left impact on and indeed changed traditional religious and moral attitudes. Use of such sciences and technologies has given rise to unprecedented moral and religious discussions which could not be justified and fruitful without taking into consideration of foundations of moral judgments. This is more significant in Islamic societies in which religion plays a considerable role in formation of moral beliefs and legal rules. Methods: The method of this research is philosophical. The material is collected from published works such as books, articles and research reports in libraries or on the web. We have endeavoured to analyze the concepts of religion and morality and deal with the idea of the paper on the basis of a comparison between the Western and Islamic philosophies. Results: Having taken into account recent biotechnological developments and normative problems arising from them, this paper attempts to study the relationship between religious and moral approaches and these problems, and evaluate various types of religious and moral theorizing on the bioethical problems. Moreover, upon discussing and evaluating (religious) theological and textual approaches to bioethics, it is ventured to put forth a justifiable religious approach to bioethical problems. Conclusion: Current religious moral injunctions on bioethical issues can be approached and evaluated in parallel with the secular ones. However, rational justification of the religious injunctions occurs at the level of moral theory and meta-ethics (moral philosophy). Jurisprudential rulings on bioethical issues may be issued on the basis of morality and justice. In this case, they would be both ethical and just and also backed by religious teachings.
