عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان کاربست اخلاق حرفه ای تدریس در بین اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر
چکیده فارسی مقاله رعایت اخلاق آموزشی تضمین‌کننده‌ سلامت فرایند یاددهی- یادگیری در دانشگاه است و موجب افزایش تعهد پاسخگویی مدرسان نسبت به نیازهای دانشجویان می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش سنجش میزان کاربست اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس از سوی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی‌(ره) نوشهر می‌باشد. در بخش تحلیل اسنادی این پژوهش از فرم فیش‌برداری و در بخش پیمایشی، از پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته، حاوی 50 مؤلفه اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس احصاء شده از منابع داخلی و خارجی، استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه از دید متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار‌گرفت و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 88/0تعیین گردید. نمونه آماری با توجه به آمار تفکیکی دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشکده‌ها و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با روش طبقه‌ای و سهمیه‌ای، 366 نفر تعیین شد. با توجه به یافته­های پژوهش و با عنایت به شرایط متفاوت دانشگاه­های افسری، بعد سازمانی به عنوان یکی از ابعاد اخلاق حرفه­ای تدریس افزون بر ابعاد مطرح در سایر مراکز آموزش عالی شناسایی شد. همچنین مشخص شد که از دید دانشجویان میزان کاربست اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس از سوی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه با میانگین 17/4 در حد بالایی قرار دارد. مهم­تر آنکه در مواردی که بین مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس و نظامی‌گری همپوشانی وجود داشته است مولفه‌ها در بالاترین سطح رعایت شده‌اند.

عنوان انگلیسی Study of the Application of Professional Teaching Ethics among Faculty Members of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy at Noshahr
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Compliance with teaching ethics is a guarantee of the health of the learning-learning process and it increases the commitment of instructors to responding to the needs of the students. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of ethical professional teaching among faculty members of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy of Nowshahr. In this research, note taking form was used in the document analysis section and a questionnaire was used in the survey section. A questionnaire containing 50 components of teaching ethics was used and 366 students were randomly selected (statistical sample using the Cochran method was determined to be 366 people). Regarding the findings of the research, and considering the different situations and conditions of the space of the army universities and in addition to the dimensions raised in other higher education institutions the organizational dimension was identified as one of the dimensions of professional ethics in teaching. It was also found that in terms of students, the degree of professional ethics of the teaching of the Imam Khomeini Naval Academy was at a high level of 4.17. Most importantly, the components that are common between the ethics of teaching and militaristic professional ethics or in the other words in the cases where there was a coherence between the ethical components of teaching and military militarism the highest level is observed, which is the most important reason for the rules and regulations governing the university and proper supervision of the implementation of the law. Therefore, it can be considered as a solution in other universities in the formulation of rules and regulations of the university.
