عنوان فارسی میزان انتقال دانش حاصل از پژوهش در طرح‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان طی سال‌های ۸۵ -۱۳۸۳
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: علی‌رغم رشد خیره‌کننده انتشارات علمی دو دهه اخیر در حوزه علوم پزشکی در ایران، مطالعات انجام شده نشان می‌دهند خلاء در بعد بکارگیری نتایج دانش می‌باشد. لذا این مطالعه به منظور بررسی میزان انتقال دانش حاصل از پژوهش در طرح‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان صورت پذیرفت. روش کـار: کلیه طرح‌های تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان طی سال 85 -1383 که تا نیمه دوم سال 1387 گزارش نهایی آنها ارایه گردیده بود مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها شامل فرم گردآوری داده‌های طرح و پرسشنامه پژوهشگر بود. یافته‌ها: مرور 102 پیشنهاد پژوهشی نشان داد که در 6 طرح (8/5%) برای فعالیت‌های انتقال دانش حاصل از پژوهش هزینه‌ای در نظر گرفته شده بود. در زمینه فعالیت‌های غیرفعال انتقال دانش، در پژوهش‌های بالینی و سیستم بهداشتی طبق نظر محققین سهم فعالیت انتشار نتایج در مجلات داخلی و بین‌المللی بیشتر از سایر فعالیت‌ها بوده در حالی که در پژوهش‌های علوم پایه یافته‌های پژوهش بیشتر در کنفرانس‌ها و سمینارها و همایش‌ها انتشار یافته است. در زمینه فعالیت‌های فعال انتقال دانش، میانگین امتیاز عملکرد پژوهشگران تنها 9% از کل امتیاز ممکن در این زمینه بود. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که هزینه‌های در نظر گرفته شده برای فعالیت‌های انتقال دانش کم می‌باشد که در این مورد ایجاد انگیزه در محققین و آموزش محَّققین در زمینه انتقال پژوهش ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Thus, the present study was performed to evaluate the rate of knowledge transfer in Golestan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The samples were all Research projects of Golestan University of Medical Sciences during 2005- 2007 which had been finished by the time of this study (the second half of 2009) and their reports had been present. Data gathering form consisted of checklists of projects and a questionnaire for the researchers. Results: Review of 102 research proposals showed that the total cost of the projects was a little more than 3 billion Iranian Rials. Among these projects, only 6 cases (5.8%) had considered costs for research-based knowledge transfer. Clinical sciences’ and health system research’s researchers stated their passive activities of knowledge transfer to be more in the field of publishing articles, but in the basic sciences it was more in the field of presentations in congresses or seminars. The mean score of the researchers' performance in 'active' activities was 9% of the total score attainable. Conclusion: Results of this study show that costs considered for knowledge transfer activity was low, which means that researcher in this field need motivation and education in the field of knowledge transfer.
