عنوان فارسی ارزیابی فرآیند درخواست و دریافت نتایج آزمایش‌ها از دیدگاه پرستاران قبل و بعد از نصب سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی (HIS)
چکیده فارسی مقاله دریافت: 5/1/92 پذیرش: 23/10/92 مقدمه: پیشرفت تکنولوژی و توسعه سیستم‌های اطلاعات سلامت، نوید بهبود فرآیندهای مراقبتی بیماران را داده است. فرآیند درخواست و دریافت نتایج آزمایش‌ها از جمله این فرآیندهاست. این مقاله به مطالعه این فرآیند از دیدگاه پرستاران قبل و بعد از نصب سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی (HIS) پرداخته است. روش کـار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی است. نمونه پژوهش منطبق با جامعه آن و شامل پرستاران بخش اورژانس بود که تجربه کار با سیستم دستی (کاغذی) و کامپیوتری را داشتند. گردآوری اطلاعات به روش مصاحبه، در مورد فرآیند درخواست و دریافت نتایج آزمایش‌ها در سیستم دستی و کامپیوتری انجام شد و مزایا و معایب هر دو روش بررسی گردید. همچنین دیدگاه پرستاران نسبت به نقش HIS در بهبود این فرآیند با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه بررسی شد. روایی پرسشنامه از روش روایی محتوا به دست آمد. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، نمودار فرآیند هر دو روش ترسیم و مقایسه گردید. یافته‌ها: فرآیند کامپیوتری درخواست و دریافت آزمایش نسبت به روش دستی دارای تعداد بیشتری مرحله بود. اما پرستاران مزایای بیشتر و معایب کمتری برای این روش برشمردند. از دیدگاه پرستاران، HIS باعث کاهش بار کاری (85%)، افزایش سرعت و دقت (85%)، سهولت انجام کار (90%) و کاهش زمان کلی فرآیند درخواست و دریافت نتایج آزمایش‌ها (70%) می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: اگر چه از برخی جها ت، سیستم کامپیوتری نیاز به ارتقا دارد، در مجموع، HIS باعث بهبود فرآیند درخواست و دریافت آزمایش نسبت به دوره قبل از نصب HIS شده است.

This study assessed the viewpoint of nurses concerning this process, before and after implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS). Methods: This was a descriptive-cross sectional study. The study sample was composed of emergency department nurses who experienced both paper-based and computerized systems. The data were gathered through interviews concerning the process of requesting and collecting laboratory test results and studying the advantages and disadvantages of both methods. Moreover, the viewpoints of the nurses concerning the role of HIS in the improvement of this process were studied using a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through content validity. Results: The computerized process of requesting and collecting test results consisted of more stages than the paper-based process. Whereas, nurses enumerated more advantages and less disadvantages for the computerized process. From the nurses’ viewpoint, HIS can result in reducing workloads (85%), increasing the speed and preciseness (85%), facilitating activities (90%) and reducing the required time for the whole process of requesting and collecting laboratory test results (70%). Conclusion: A lthough in some aspects, the computerized system needs to be improved generally HIS has improved the process of requesting and collecting laboratory test results compared to the pre-HIS implementation period.
