عنوان فارسی ارزشیابی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی پرسش‌نامه اضطراب سلامت
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: هر چند که خودبیمارانگاری بعنوان یک اختلال جسمانی طبقه‌بندی می‌شود، نظریه‌های شناختی- رفتاری، خودبیمارانگاری را حالت شدید اضطراب سلامت در نظر می‌گیرند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ترجمه و بررسی روایی و پایایی فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه اضطراب سلامت انجام شد. روش کـار: در یک بررسی توصیفی- مقطعی، 363 دانشجوی دانشگاه ملایر (140 مرد و 223 زن) که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند، به فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه اضطراب سلامت؛ مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس؛ پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی و پرسش‌نامه پذیرش و عمل ویرایش 2 پاسخ دادند. برای بررسی پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب بازآزمایی؛ و برای بررسی روایی پرسش‌نامه از روش روایی همگرا و تحلیل عامل تأییدی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: پایایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ برای بعد احتمال ابتلای به بیماری 76/0، پیامد منفی ابتلای به بیماری 63/0 و برای کل پرسش‌نامه 79/0 محاسبه شد. روایی همگرای فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه اضطراب سلامت نیز از طریق همبسته کردن آن با سلامت عمومی، اجتناب تجربی، اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی به ترتیب 42/0، 31/0، 47/0، 32/0 و 34/0 به دست آمد. استفاده از روش تحلیل عامل تأییدی ( CFA ) نیز نشان داد که ساختار دو عاملی و ساختار سه عاملی این پرسش‌نامه هر دو از برازش قابل قبولی برخوردار است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه اضطراب سلامت برای پژوهش‌های مرتبط با اختلال خودبیمارانگاری و اضطراب سلامت یک پرسش‌نامه معتبر و پایا است.

This study aimed to translate and evaluate the reliability and validity of the Short Form Health Anxiety Inventory. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 363 students (140 males and 223 females) studying at Malayer University were selected through convenience sampling method. Students filled out the Short Form Health Anxiety Inventory, depression, anxiety, stress, general health questionnaire and the acceptance and action questionnaire II. The test-retest reliability and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used to assess the reliability and the convergent validity method and confirmatory factor analysis were used to assess the validity Results: The Cronbach's alphas were 0.76 for the risk of disease, 0.63 for the negative effect of disease, and 0.79 for the total questionnaire. Concurrent validity of the short form health anxiety questionnaire was correlated with the public health (0.42), experiential avoidance (0.31), anxiety (0.47), stress (0.32), and depression (0.34) items. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the two-factor and three-factor structure of this questionnaire were both acceptably fit. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that The Short Health Anxiety Inventory is a reliable and valid questionnaire for research on hypochondriasis disorder and health anxiety.
