عنوان فارسی گزارش یک مورد تراتوم حلقی-دهانی (Epignathus) همراه با شکاف کام نرم، زبان دو شاخه و لیپوم زبان
چکیده فارسی مقاله تومورهای مادرزادی حفره دهان شایع نیستند. تومورهای تراتوئید شایع‌ترین انها بوده و در موارد نادری با شکاف کام نرم همراه می‌باشند .در این مقاله یک مورد epignathus همراه با شکاف کام نرم، زبان دوشاخه و لیپوم زبان با هیپرتلوریسم و مال اکلوژن فک و گوش‌های پائین قرار گرفته گزارش می‌شود . یک نوزاد دختر سه روزه با یک توده بزرگ پوشیده از پوست و مو با منشا کام سخت ,شکاف کام نرم، زبان دوشاخه با لیپوم بین دوشاخه‌ان، عدم توانایی در بستن دهان و در نتیجه عدم توانایی در مکیدن و خوردن به مرکز ما ارجاع شد. پس از بررسی‌های لازم طی یک مرحله عمل جراحی ابتدا توده بزرگ کام سخت برداشته شد, سپس توده بین دوشاخه زبان برداشته و گلوسوپلاستی انجام شد. بعد از عمل مشکلی پیدا نکرد و پس از 10روز قادر به تغذیه با شیر مادر گردید و باحال عمومی خوب‌ترخیص شد. گزارش پاتولوژی توده کام سخت epignathus و توده زبان لیپوم گزارش شد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Rare Case of Epignathus Combined with Soft Cleft Palate, Bifida Tongue, and Lingual Lipoma
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Congenital tumors of the oral cavity are not common.Teratoids are the most common tumors, and in rare cases are associated with cleft soft palate. In this paper a rare case of Epignathus with cleft soft palate, bifida tongue, jaw malocclusion, tongue lipoma, Hypertelorism and low-set ears has been presented. A female infant with a large mass covered with skin and hair arising from hard palate, cleft soft palate, bifida tongue with lipoma, inability to close mouth and inability to suck and eat was referred to us on the 3rd day after birth. After clinical evaluation, during one stage of surgery the first large mass of hard palate was removed, Then, glossoplasty was performed after excision of the lingual mass. The patient had no problem after the surgery and was discharged 10 days later in good condition and ability to be breastfed. Histologically, the palatal mass was diagnosed as epignathus and the mass of the tongue dorsum was diagnosed as lipoma.
