عنوان فارسی بررسی کاربرد فناوری معنایی برای سازماندهی اطلاعات در نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی کاربرد فناوری معنایی برای سازماندهی اطلاعات در نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی ایران انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است و به‌روش پیمایشی و با رویکرد توصیفی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 3 نرم‌افزار کتابخانه دیجیتالی «پارس‌آذرخش»، «پروان‌پژوه» و «پیام مشرق» بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، سیاهه‌ وارسی بود که در 3 بخش معماری فناوری معنایی، ابزارها و سطح پیاده‌سازی‌ شده، نوع منابع اطلاعاتی و سطح استفاده آن‌ها مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که کتابخانه‌های دیجیتالی از نظر کاربرد فناوری معنایی در وضعیت مناسبی قرار ندارند و بر این اساس، نیازمند تقویت تمامی نقاط ضعف شناسایی‌شده در این پژوهش هستند. نرم‌افزارها در خصوص معماری فناوری معنایی نیازمند لایه‌هایی فراتر از طراحی اولیه خود هستند. همچنین، در خصوص زبان‌های پیاده‌سازی‌شده فناوری معنایی عملکرد بسیار ضعیفی داشته و هیچ‌یک از ابزارهای این فناوری جدید را برای توسعه و اجرایی‌شدن ندارند. اکثریت سطح ابزارهای به‌کاررفته نیز در مرحله اولیه یعنی شناخت بودند. همچنین، در بیشتر موارد منابع اطلاعاتی را خارج از محیط پایگاه‌ اطلاعاتی نگه‌داری کرده و تنها فایل‌های متنی را برای جست‌وجوی تمام متن داشتند. در کل، نرم‌افزارهای مورد مطالعه در یک سطح قرار دارند و در موارد اندکی از یکدیگر پیشی گرفته‌اند. این پژوهش ضمن تهیه یک سیاهه وارسی در زمینه بررسی کاربرد فناوری معنایی برای سازماندهی اطلاعات در نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی بر اساس پیشینه‌های موجود و نظر متخصصان، این امکان را فراهم آورده است که طراحان و برنامه‌نویسان نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی بتوانند ضمن برطرف‌کردن نقاط ضعف و قوت، با معیارها و مؤلفه‌های موجود در این زمینه و درجه اهمیت هر یک از آن‌ها بهتر آشنا شده و در طراحی و تولید آینده خود از آن بهره بگیرند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Application of Semantic Technology to Organize Information in Digital Library Software Systems
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Purpose: The present study was an attempt to investigate the use of semantic technologies to organize information in digital library software systems. Methodology/Approach: The present study was a practical one which employed a descriptive survey method. The study sample consisted of three digital library software systems entitled Pars Azarakhsh, Parvan pajoh, and Payam Mashregh. Data were collected through a checklist including three sections: semantic technology architecture, tools and levels of implementation, and the types of information sources and their levels of use. The validity of the checklist was confirmed by experts. Cronbach's alpha was also used to estimate the reliability of the checklist and the index turned out to be 0.94. Data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, and analysis of variance Findings: The results indicated that digital libraries with respect to the application of semantic technology were not in good condition; therefore, they need to take all the weaknesses identified in this study into consideration. Software for IT architecture requires layers of meaning beyond their original design. In addition, regarding the languages implemented, semantic technology had very poor performance and none of the tools had this new technology to develop and implement. The majority of the tools employed were also in the initial stage of recognition. In many cases, information sources were kept outside of the databases and they had only text files for full-text search. On the whole, the software systems studied here were at the same level although they sometimes surpassed each other. Originality: The present study not only developed a checklist of the application of semantic technologies to organize information software digital library based on relevant literature and the experts, but also can make digital library software developers aware of their strengths and weaknesses, and the criteria and factors existing in this area in addition to the importance of each of them to help them in their own design and production in the future.
