عنوان فارسی تحلیل زمینه‌های حقوق شهروندی در نهج البلاغه
چکیده فارسی مقاله التزام به حقوق شهروندی از طرف حاکمیت و توده ملت اصلی‌ترین شاخصه توسعه انسانی پایدار در جهان مطرح است. از نگاه اسلام با توجه به مبانی و اهداف الهی و اسلامی ملتزم شدن به حقوق شهروندی تحت عنوان خلیفها... در جوامع اسلامی مطرح می‌باشد. کرامت ذاتی انسان و طهارت عمومی بشر از سوی خداوند جهت برقراری جامعه توحید محور و همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز به ودیعت نهاده شده است. لذا بررسی مؤلفه‌های حقوق شهروندی از نگاه دوم قرآن، نهج‌البلاغه ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. هرچقدر پایبندی به حقوق شهروندی و رابطه آن بین حاکمیت، دولت و توده ملت بیشتر و منسجم‌تر باشد نشان توسعه پایدار و عدم شکاف توده ملت با دولت است. از جمله مباحثی که به‌صورت مفصل و عمیق در نهج‌البلاغه‌ی، امیر بیان و بنان و مفسر واقعی قرآن به‌عنوان حاکم اسلامی مطرح نمود موضوع حاکمیت و حقوق شهروندی است، این موضوع حیاتی در این مختصر مورد توجه و بررسی قرار گرفته است و به وضوح برتری حکومت مولی‌الموحدین علی(ع) در جامعه مدنی نخستین نسبت به مدعیان حقوق شهروندی در جامعه مترقی پسامدرن امروز بشری را به رخ می‌کشد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Review of the Backgrounds of Civil Rights in Nahj al-Balagha
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The rulership and public’s commitment to civil rights is the main feature of sustainable human development in the world. From an Islamic perspective, given the Divine and Islamic tenets and objectives, commitment to civil rights is called khalifat-Allah (vicegerent of God) in Islamic communities. Man has been endowed with inherent dignity and general purity by God to help him establish a monotheistic community and have peaceful coexistence. Hence, an evaluation of the components of civil rights from the perspective of the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha is necessary. Stronger adherence to civil rights and its relation with rulership, government and the public is indicative of sustainable development and lack of rupture between the public and the government. Rulership and civil rights is one of the issues pointed out by Imam Ali (a.s.) as an Islamic ruler in Nahj al-Balagha. Exploration of this vital issue in the present study reveals that, in regard to civil rights, Imam Ali’s (a.s.) administration in the first civil society was superior to those of today’s postmodern progressive human community.
