عنوان فارسی واکاوی اثربخشی آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای در اشتغال جویندگان کار
چکیده فارسی مقاله  پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت اثربخشی آموزش ها فنی و حرفه ای بر وضعیت اشتغال جویندگان کار انجام شد. روش تحقیق بصورت کیفی بوده و آمارو اطلاعات مورد نیاز نیز از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساخت یافته با برخی از مسئولین و متخصصان وزارت تعاون،کار و رفاه اجتماعی،سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور و سازمان تامین اجتماعی که در زمینه برگزاری دوره های آموزش فنی و حرفه ای و اشتغال آنها فعالیت دارند، جمع آوری شد که با توجه به اینکه آمار و اطلاعات بدست آمده از بین 20 نفر از افراد یاد شده به حالت اشباع درآمد لذا در تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به این تعداد مصاحبه اکتفاء شد. یافته های تحقیق حاکی از این است که به زعم نقطه نظرات ارائه شده توسط اغلب کارشناسان مورد مصاحبه ، علیرغم برخی موفقیت های انجام شده  در زمینه بهبود وضعیت کمی و کیفی آموزشهای ارائه شده در مراکز آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای کشور،  به دلیل عدم انطباق اینگونه آموزش ها با نیاز بازار کار کشور ، فقدان انگیزه لازم از سوی جویندگان کار جهت شرکت در دوره های آموزش فنی و حرفه ای و همچنین پایین بودن سطح کیفی آموزش های ارائه شده در مراکز آموزشی فوق الذکر ، اینگونه آموزش ها  نتوانسته اند آنگونه که شایسته است  در جهت اشتغالزایی جویندگان کار مثمر ثمر واقع گردند و لذا نیازمند تغییرات اساسی در محتوی و همچنین نحوه برگزاری دوره های یاد شده مطابق با تغییرات و تحولات بازار کار جهانی و داخلی می باشیم.

عنوان انگلیسی Examining the role and position of technical and vocational training In the employment of job seekers
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present study was conducted with the aim of understanding the effectiveness of technical and vocational training on the employment status of job seekers. The research method was qualitative and the required statistics and information were collected through semi-structured interviews with some officials and experts from the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, the National Technical and Vocational Education Organization, and the Social Security Organization who are active in the field of holding technical and vocational training courses and their employment. Considering that the statistics and information obtained from 20 of the mentioned people reached saturation, this number of interviews was sufficient for data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that, according to the opinions expressed by most of the interviewed experts, despite some successes in improving the quantitative and qualitative status of training provided in the country's technical and vocational training centers, due to the lack of compliance of such training with the needs of the country's labor market, the lack of necessary motivation on the part of job seekers to participate in technical and vocational training courses, and the low quality level of training provided in the aforementioned training centers, such training has not been able to be as effective as it should be in creating employment for job seekers, and therefore, we need fundamental changes in the content and manner of holding the aforementioned courses in accordance with the changes and developments in the global and domestic labor market.
