مؤلفه‌های واقع‌گرایی سیاسی در آثار کلاسیک ایرانی (مطالعه موردی تحلیل مضمون کیفی منشأت میرزا ابوالقاسم قائم مقام فراهانی) |

سیاستورزی الزاماتی دارد. تجربه تاریخی، شرایط زمان و مکان، اوضاع داخلی و بینالمللی، ویژگیهای شخصیت حاکم و نوع ساختار نظام سیاسی از وجوه تأثیرگذار بر نوع حکمرانی است. توجه به الزامات قدرت و سیاستورزی خردگرایانه و در عین حال اخلاق‌مدار از دلمشغولیهای عمده سیاستگزاران ایرانی در سیاستورزی دیندارانه بودهاست. این مقاله با هدف استخراج مؤلفه‌های واقع‌گرایی سیاسی از کتاب منشآت میرزا ابوالقاسم قائم مقام فراهانی، به تحلیل محتوای این اثر کلاسیک فارسی با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون کیفی می‌پردازد. منشآت، مجموعه‌ای از نامه‌ها، قطعات ادبی و مقدمه‌هایی است که نگرش واقع‌گرایانه نویسنده به سیاست، جنگ، حکمرانی و اداره کشور را بازتاب می‌دهد. این کتاب در بحبوحه جنگهای دوگانه ایران و روس ارائه شدهاست. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که قائم مقام فراهانی با تأکید بر تقویت قدرت نظامی، حفظ تمامیت ارضی، عدالت‌ورزی، و انسجام دینی، الگویی بومی از واقع‌گرایی سیاسی ارائه می‌کند که با مؤلفه‌های رئالیسم غربی مشابهت‌ها و تفاوت‌هایی دارد. مقاله ضمن مرور پیشینه پژوهش، خلأ مطالعاتی در بررسی اندیشه‌های سیاسی قائم مقام را برجسته ساخته و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، هشت مضمون کلیدی واقع‌گرایی سیاسی در منشآت را شناسایی و تحلیل می‌کند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که اندیشه‌های قائم مقام، علاوهبر تأثیرگذاری بر ادبیات فارسی، نقش مهمی در تکوین و بومی‌سازی دانش سیاستورزی در ایران داشته و می‌تواند به عنوان الگویی برای مطالعات تطبیقی اندیشه سیاسی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Elements of Political Realism in Classical Persian Works (A Case Study of Qualitative Thematic Analysis of Mirza Abolqasem Qa'em Maqam Farahani’s Monsha'at) |

Political governance entails certain necessities. Historical experience, temporal and spatial conditions, internal and international circumstances, the ruler’s personal characteristics, and the type of political system are all influential factors in determining the style of governance. Attention to the requirements of power and to rational yet ethical statecraft has been one of the key concerns of Iranian policymakers in religious governance. This article, aiming to extract the elements of political realism from Monsha'at by Mirza Abolqasem Qa'em Maqam Farahani, conducts a qualitative thematic content analysis of this classical Persian work. Monsha'at is a collection of letters, literary pieces, and prefaces that reflect the author's realist outlook on politics, war, governance, and state administration. This work was written during the tumultuous period of the two Russo-Persian wars. The study’s findings indicate that Qa'em Maqam Farahani, by emphasizing the strengthening of military power, safeguarding territorial integrity, promoting justice, and fostering religious cohesion, presents a native model of political realism. This model bears both similarities and differences with Western realism. The article, after reviewing prior research, highlights the existing gaps in the study of Qa'em Maqam’s political thought and, using thematic analysis, identifies and analyzes eight key themes of political realism in Monsha'at. The results show that Qa'em Maqam's thoughts, in addition to influencing Persian literature, played a significant role in the development and indigenization of political science in Iran and can serve as a model for comparative studies in political thought.
