عنوان فارسی الگوی دانشگاه کارآفرین با تأکید بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: با توجه به توصیه‌های اساسی مقام معظم رهبری در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب، و در راستای اجرایی نمودن سند تحول و تعالی دانشگاه پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است که الگوی دانشگاه کارآفرین با تأکید بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی چگونه است؟ روش ­شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ اجرا آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) از نوع متوالی اکتشافی بوده است. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل مدیران و خبرگان بودند که با روش قضاوتی هدفمند تعداد 30 نفر تا رسیدن به شاخص اشباع نظری انتخاب گردیدند و در بخش کمی عبارت بودند از کلیه اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاه فردوسی به تعداد 920 نفر که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 300 نفر به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه برگفته از محتوای بخش کیفی تحقیق استفاده گردید. در نهایت برای تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA2021 و روش تحلیل مضمون و برای تحلیل داده‌های بخش کمی نیز از نرم‌افزارهای Spss25 و Smart pls3 و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته ­ها: نتایج پژوهش در بخش کیفی منجر به شناسایی 9 مؤلفه، 20 ریز مؤلفه و 44 شاخص گردید و نتایج بخش کمی نیز حاکی از معناداری مدل اندازه‌گیری پژوهش بود. نتیجه ­گیری: الگوی دانشگاه کارآفرین با تأکید بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی، به‌عنوان محرکی برای تحقق اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و پیشرفت کشور عمل می کند. این الگو با تربیت نیروهای خلاق و متعهد، زمینه‌ساز توسعه پایدار و خوداتکایی ملی است.

عنوان انگلیسی The entrepreneurial university model with emphasis on the Second Step Statement of the Islamic Revolution
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aim: The current research aims to design a model for an entrepreneurial university with an Islamic revolution-level approach. The current mixed research method (qualitative and quantitative) was of a sequential exploratory type and was applied in terms of the goal.
Methodology: The statistical population in the first stage of the qualitative approach consists of 30 experts and experts (academic administrators, specialists in management and entrepreneurship) in the public universities of Mashhad (Ferdowsi University and Payam Noor University) who use Snowball. Purposeful judgment has been selected and in the second stage, the quantitative approach included all the faculty members of Ferdowsi University and experts in the field in the number of 937 people. The sample size is specified. To collect information, two library methods (to collect theoretical foundations and research background) and a field method (a 44-item questionnaire) have been used. Finally, 9 dimensions, 20 components, and 44 indicators have been identified and measured for the qualitative analysis of the thematic and content analysis method of the MAXQDA2020 software. To test the research model, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model tests were used from spss25 and smart pls3 software.
Research findings: Finally, the results of the research in the qualitative part led to the identification of 9 components, 20 micro-components, and 44 indicators, and the results of the quantitative part also indicated the significance of the research measurement model.
Result: The entrepreneurial university model, emphasizing the Second Step Statement of the Islamic Revolution, catalyzes achieving a knowledge-based economy and national progress. By nurturing creative and committed individuals, this model paves the way for sustainable development and national self-reliance. In this journey, universities, by bridging theory and practice, play a pivotal role in realizing the ideals of the Islamic Revolution.
