عنوان فارسی شناسایی مولفه های کلیدی شایستگی های مدیریتی دهیاران روستایی از منظر خبرگان
چکیده فارسی مقاله دهیاران یکی از مهمترین متولیان امور روستاها می باشند که وظایف مختلفی را برعهده داشته و نیازمند احراز شایستگی های مدیریتی هستند. به همین سبب، هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر شناسایی مولفه های کلیدی شایستگی های مدیریتی دهیاران روستایی از منظر خبرگان بود که با استفاده از روش ترکیبی به بررسی این موضوع پرداخته شده است. رویکرد تحقیق حاضر متوالی اکتشافی است که در مرحله اول با استفاده از روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون، مولفه های کلیدی شایستگی های مدیریتی دهیاران روستایی از منظر خبرگان شناسایی شدند و سپس خبرگان در مرحله کمی با استفاده از روش پیمایش در رابطه با تایید یا رد آنها نظراتشان را علام نمودند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات در روش کیفی، مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته و در مرحله کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. مطابق با یافته های تحقیق، در مرحله اول از مصاحبه های حاصل از 18 نفر از خبرگان، تعداد 239 کد خام شناسایی شدند که با عطف به رویکرد استقرایی و شیوه کدگذاری کینگ و همکاران ( King et al, 2018) به 56 مضمون کلیدی، 20 مضمون یکپارچه کننده و 4 مضمون کلان دسته بندی شدند. در مرحله دوم تعداد 36 نفر از متخصصان حوزه مدیریت و برنامه ریزی روستایی، مدیریت دولتی، جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی محیطی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت عملکرد، علوم سیاسی، جامعه شناسی در رابطه با تایید یا رد مضامین مستخرج، نظراتشان را اعلام نمودند. داده‌های حاصله با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS26 و Smart PLS4 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. در یافته های کمی، تمامی مضامین، مورد تأیید خبرگان بوده و از برازش بالایی برخوردار بودند. مطابق با نتایج تحقیق حاضر، هریک از دهیاران از منظر خبرگان نیازمند شایستگی هایی چون "خود مدیریتی، اقدام استراتژیک، ارتباطات، آگاهی جهانی" می باشند تا در زمینه توانایی مدیریت و برنامه ریزی روستاها؛ حل و فصل مشکلات منطقه ای و جلب مشارکت روستاییان در پیشبرد امور مثمرثمر باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی Identifying the Key Components of Management Competencies of Rural Villagers, the Experts Point of View
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Villagers are one of the most important custodians of village affairs who have various duties and need to acquire management skills. For this reason, the main goal of the current research is to identify the key components of the management competencies of rural villagers from the perspective of experts, which has been investigated using a mixed method. The approach of the current research is sequential exploratory, which in the first stage, using the qualitative method of thematic analysis; The key components of management competencies of rural villagers were identified from the experts' point of view, and then the experts indicated their opinions in the quantitative stage using the survey method regarding their approval or rejection. The tools for collecting data and information in the qualitative method are semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative stage, researcher-made questionnaires. According to the findings of the research, in the first stage of the interviews of 18 experts, 239 raw codes were identified, which by referring to the inductive approach and the coding method of King and Harrocks (2010) into 56 key themes, 20 integrative themes and 4 overarching themes were categorized. In the second stage, 36 experts in the fields of rural management and planning, public management, geography and environmental planning, human resource management, performance management, political science, and sociology expressed their opinions regarding the approval or rejection of the extracted themes. The resulting data were analyzed using SPSS26 and Smart PLS4 software. In the quantitative findings, all the themes were approved by the experts and had a high fit. According to the results of the present research, from the perspective of experts, each of the villagers needs competencies such as "self-management; strategic action; communication; global awareness" in the field of village management and planning ability; Resolve regional problems and attract the participation of villagers in the advancement of productive affairs.
