عنوان فارسی ضرورت‌های کاربست برنامه توان‌بخشی مبتنی بر جامعه برای توانمندسازی کارآفرینانه معلولین مناطق روستایی استان کرمانشاه: یک رویکرد کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ضرورت‌های کاربست برنامه توان‌بخشی مبتنی بر جامعه برای توانمندسازی کارآفرینانه معلولین در مناطق روستایی استان کرمانشاه انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع مطالعات اکتشافی بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه پژوهش را خبرگان دانشگاهی در رشته‌های کارآفرینی، اقتصاد، مدیریت کسب‌ وکار، روانشناسی و علوم بهزیستی؛ کارشناسان بهزیستی و سازمان‌های ذی‌ربط که با امر اشتغال افراد معلول در ارتباط هستند؛ و افراد معلول کارآفرین بودند. نمونه‌گیری به روش نظری و هدفمند و از نوع گلوله برفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ ساختاریافته عمیق گردآوری شدند. روایی پژوهش با استفاده از روش هایی نظیر درگیری طولانی‌ مدت و مشاهده مداوم، انتخاب نمونه‌های مناسب، گردآوری و تحلیل هم زمان داده‌ها و بازنگری توسط مشارکت‌ کنندگان در پژوهش موردتأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی پژوهش نیز، با استفاده از روش پایایی بازآزمون هولستی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. با استفاده از فرآیند کدگذاری باز، 81 کد اولیه، 15 مفهوم اصلی و 6 مقوله در راستای ضرورت‌های کاربست برنامه توان‌بخشی مبتنی بر جامعه برای توانمندسازی کارآفرینانه معلولان، احصاء گردید. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این بود که کاربست برنامه توان‌بخشی مبتنی بر جامعه برای توانمندسازی کارآفرینانه معلولین، نیاز به توجه به تفاوت‌های فردی افراد جامعه؛ پایداری اقتصادی، کاهش مهاجرت، کاهش فقر و نابرابری اقتصادی؛ نیاز به برنامه ریزی برای تقویت زیرساخت‌های محلی و خدماتی؛ اجرای تعهدات قانونی و بین‌ المللی؛ تأثیرات بحران‌های طبیعی و اقلیمی؛ و ضرورت بهره‌گیری از فرصت‌های شغلی موجود، در مناطق روستایی استان کرمانشاه است.

عنوان انگلیسی Necessities for Using a Community-Based Rehabilitation Program for the Entrepreneurial Empowerment of Disabled People in Rural areas of Kermanshah Province: A Qualitative Approach
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Employment is one of the most important aspects that can affect people's lives, personal relationships, and even their health. Employment is a fundamental pillar of society and one of the main activities in societies that helps organize people's lives, their psychological, social, and economic development. Employment is also often considered one of the most central areas for building social security and participation.The present study aimed to identify the needs for implementing a community-based rehabilitation program for the entrepreneurial empowerment of people with disabilities in rural areas of Kermanshah province. The research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of research method and was an exploratory study. The study population consisted of academic experts in the fields of entrepreneurship, economics, business management, psychology, and welfare sciences; welfare experts and relevant organizations involved in the employment of people with disabilities; and entrepreneurs with disabilities. Sampling was carried out using a theoretical and purposeful snowball method until theoretical saturation was reached. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews. The validity of the research was confirmed using methods such as long-term engagement and continuous observation, selection of appropriate samples, simultaneous data collection and analysis, and review by research participants. The reliability of the research was also confirmed using the Holsti's test-retest reliability method. Using an open coding process, 81 initial codes, 15 main concepts, and 6 categories were identified in line with the needs of implementing a community-based rehabilitation program for the entrepreneurial empowerment of people with disabilities. The research findings indicated that the implementation of a community-based rehabilitation program for the entrepreneurial empowerment of the disabled requires attention to individual differences in society; economic sustainability, reducing migration, reducing poverty and economic inequality; the need for planning to strengthen local and service infrastructure; the implementation of legal and international obligations; the effects of natural and climate crises; and the necessity of taking advantage of existing job opportunities in rural areas of Kermanshah province.
