عنوان فارسی ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی بازار همدان و ارائه راهکارهای کنترلی با تأکید بر ایمنی حریق
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: یکی از بازارهای مهم از نظر تاریخی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و همچنین ایمنی، بازار همدان می باشد. طراحی غیر اصولی اماکن و معابر به همراه ارزش اقتصادی بالای کالاهای موجود در این بازار باعث شده است که به کیی از حوز ه های پر اهمیت از نظر ایمنی تبدیل شود. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی بازار همدان و ارائه راهکارهای کنترلی جهت جلوگیری از بروز حادثه می باشد. روش ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی با استفاده از روش های مشاهده (ارزیابی ریسک) و بررسی و مصاحبه با خبرگان، بازار همدان به 83 ناحیه تقسیم گردید. ارزیابی ریسک هر ناحیه بر اساس 22 پارامتر نظیر مواد غالب، ارزش فعالیت، وجود سیستم مناسب اطفاء حریق و ... انجام شد. با بکارگیری روش مقایسه زوجی، پارامترها با هم مقایسه و وزن آنها نسبت به هم به دست آمد. برای هر ناحیه چهار ریسک شامل ریسک های کلی، پیشگیری، شناسایی و کنترلی به دست آمد و نهایتاً برای هر یک از ریسک ها محدوده ایمن، احتیاط و خطر تعریف گردید. یافته ها: از نظر ریسک های پیشگیری، شناسایی و کنترل حریق به ترتیب 5/25، 47 و 53 درصد نواحی مورد مطالعه در ناحیه خطر و مابقی در ناحیه احتیاط بوده و از نظر ریسک کلی نیز 5/20 درصد نواحی در ناحیه خطر و 5/79 درصد در ناحیه احتیاط قرار داشتند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج هیچ ناحیه ای از بازار همدان در محدوده ایمن نبوده لذا بر اجرای اقدامات فنی و مدیریتی نظیر نصب تجهیزات اطفاء حریق در واحدها و آموزش شاغلین تأکید می گردد. کلید واژه ها: ایمنی، ارزیابی ریسک، بازار، همدان، کنترل حریق

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله 800x600 Background : Hamadan’s Bazaar is an important market in terms of historical, economic, social and safety aspects. Hamadan’s Bazaar is a critical unit in regard to safety measures, because of inappropriately designed buildings and paths along with the high economic value of the existing goods. The purpose of this study was safety assessment of the bazaar in order to introduce strategies to prevent accidents. Methods: In this cross sectional study, Hamadan’s bazaar was divided into 83 zones by observation (risk assessment), evaluation and interview with experts. Risk assessment for each zone was performed based on 22 parameters such as the dominant material, activity value, suitability of firefighting systems and etc. Comparison of parameters and computing theirs weights was conducted through the paired comparison method. Four risks estimates including general, prevention, detection and control risks were calculated for each zone. Safe, precaution and danger limits were defined for the mentioned risks. Results: The results showed that considering prevention, detection and control risk, respectively 25.5, 47 and 53 % of the zones were in danger and the rest were in precaution limit. In terms of total risk, 20.5 and 79.5 % were in danger and precaution limits respectively. Conclusion: The results showed no region of the market was in safe limits.
