One of Pharaoh's strategies for making the Israelites obedient and exploiting them was belittling them. The Holy Quran says that he humiliated his people, so they followed him. Condescension is still going on in the present era, and by delving into the verses of the Quran, one can get to know the methods used by rulers to condescend the people and show the correct reaction against it. The purpose of this article is to investigate the methods of istifaf in the interpretations of Fariqin with an emphasis on the honorable verse 54 of Surah Mubaraka Zakharf and its comparison with istifaf in the new Tafaran. This article has extracted these methods with a review-analytical method after examining all the verses related to the pharaoh's istifaf methods, and then compared them with the methods of istifaf in the new era. The findings of this research show that Pharaoh used the methods of using the elites, showing sympathy, luxury, arrogance, insinuating the relationship between God and money, divisiveness, spreading accusations, ignorance, deception, and promoting corruption. and had made them with him; In such a way that they considered him as their god and swore to him, the new Tafaran are also using the same methods but with different and new tools, seeking to dominate the countries and humanity in order to enslave and exploit them. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the thinkers of the society to stand up and awaken humanity to this great danger by confronting this kind of actions wisely.
