چکیده فارسی مقاله Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE FA /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal" mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0 mso-tstyle-colband-size:0 mso-style-noshow:yes mso-style-priority:99 mso-style-qformat:yes mso-style-parent:"" mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt mso-para-margin:0cm mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt mso-pagination:widow-orphan font-size:10.0pt font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"} استرس زناشویی از عوامل مهم بروز و تداوم بیماری کرونری قلب و پیامدهای نامطلوب این بیماری است. هدف اساسی پژوهش حاضر، اثربخشی درمان فعال سازی رفتاری ـ قراردادی گروهی ‌همراه با حمایت خانوادگی و بدون حمایت آن‌ها، بر استرس زناشویی در بیماران کرونر قلبی بود. در یک طرح پژوهشی شبه آزمایشی، از بین بیماران کرونری قلبی شهر تهران، تعداد 59 نفر از مردان متاهل به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایشی و کنترل گمارده شدند. شرکت کنندگان مقیاس استرس زناشویی استکهلم ـ تهران، پرسشنامه حمایت خانوادگی و پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی را طی سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پی‌گیری تکمیل کردند. فقط گروه‌های آزمایش طی 7 جلسه (هفته‌ای یک بار) تحت مداخلات درمانی و 6 ماه پس از مداخله مورد پیگیری قرار گرفتند. طبق نتایج بین اثربخشی درمان بین گروه فعال‌سازی رفتاری ـ قراردادی گروهی، گروه فعال سازی رفتاری ـ قراردادی گروهی همراه با حمایت خانوادگی و گروه کنترل در کاهش علائم استرس زناشویی، تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود دارد (001/0P

Participants completed Stockholm-Tehran Marital Stress Scale (STMSS), Social Support Questionnaire and a demographic questionnaire as the pretest, posttest and follow up. The treatment groups only received therapeutic intervention in 7 sessions (once weekly) and 6 month later were followed up.
