Ecotourism has a close relationship with environment, so a deserving evaluation of environmental potentials can lead to improvement of plans and prevention of failure in tourism development, and avoids unexpected damages to environment. This study tries to investigate and evaluate the environmental potential of Khansar in order to develop tourism in this area. Khansar has many different capabilities and resources such as adequate water supplies, fertile soil, desirable climate, plant cover , linking factors (elements) and attractive tourism natural and human phenomena and in the case of planning and suitable use of them, many of economical and social problems can be resolved and directed towards sustainable development. There article environmental potentials are evaluated using tourism ecological model and systematic analysis by using GIS (ArcGIS), it has been done to recognize tourism potentials in the region and rural places. Results show that the whole area is capable of tourism development (including wide and centered recreation promenade) and most of villages have capabilities for development of different forms of tourism. |
