عنوان فارسی ارزیابی‌های مقایسه‌ای سندرم تأخیر رشد و کوتولگی عفونی در جوجه‌های مرغ مادر واکسینه شده با رئوویروس غیر فعال و جوجه‌های مرغ‌های مادر غیر واکسینه
چکیده فارسی مقاله رئوویروس‌ها پاتوژن‌های مهم مسؤول عملکرد رشد ضعیف و خسارات خاموش در صنعت طیور هستند. آن‌ها با بسیاری از سندرم‌های بیماری مانند سندرم سوء جذب، تأخیر رشد و کوتولگی، بیماری‌های تنفسی و سرکوب سیستم ایمنی مرتبط هستند. جوجه‌های گوشتی در اوایل دوره پس از خروج از تخم به عفونت‌های ویروسی بسیار حساس هستند. بنابراین، انتقال ایمنی مادری به تخم‌های جنین‌دار به عنوان ابزار اولیه حفاظت در برابر عفونت‌های ویروسی ثابت شده است. در بررسی حاضر، پاتولوژی و عملکرد رشد در جوجه‌های مادر واکسینه و غیر واکسینه بعد از مواجهه با سویه هومولوگ سوء جذب رئوویروس مورد مطالعه قرار می‌گیرد. بهبود عملکرد رشد (متوسط وزن زنده، ضریب تبدیل خوراک، شاخص بازدهی عملکرد جوجه‌ها و شاخص بازدهی پروتئین) در جوجه‌های مادر واکسینه شده در مقایسه با جوجه‌های مادر غیر واکسینه دیده شد. علاوه بر این، جوجه‌های مرغ‌های مادر غیر واکسینه ضایعات و علائم مختلف حاکی از سندرم سوء جذب رئوویروسی را نشان دادند، در حالی که جوجه‌های مادر واکسینه شده تغییرات بسیار کمی را نشان دادند. از اینرو، یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر تشان دادند که واکسیناسیون مرغ مادر با سویه هومولوگ رئوویروس می‌تواند عملکرد و بازدهی در جوجه‌های گوشتی را افزایش دهد.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative investigations of infectious runting and stunting syndrome in vaccinated breeder chicks by inactivated reovirus and chicks from non-vaccinated breeders
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Reoviruses are important pathogens responsible for poor growth performance and silent losses in the poultry industry. They are associated with many disease and syndromes such as malabsorption (runting and stunting syndrome), respiratory diseases and immunosuppression. Broiler birds are most susceptible to viral infections during the early post hatching period. Therefore, the transfer of maternal immunity to embryonated eggs is proved to be a primary means of protection from viral infections. In the present investigation, growth performance and pathology in breeder vaccinated and non-vaccinated chicks were studied after a challenge with the homologous malabsorption strain of the reovirus. Improvements in growth performance (mean live body weight, feed conversion ratio, broiler performance efficiency index, and protein efficiency index) in breeder vaccinated chicks were compared with non-vaccinated breeder chicks. The non vaccinated chicks showed various signs and lesions indicative of the reoviral malabsorption syndrome (MAS), whereas the vaccinated chicks showed very minimal alterations, demonstrating that the vaccination of breeders with homologous strains of the reovirus is profitable, and can help to increase the performance of broiler birds.
