بررسی رابطه هوش اخلاقی و رضایت شغلی با سلامت روان در بین حسابداران و مدیران مالی شرکت‌های شهرک صنعتی مشهد |

مقدمه: بسیاری از سازمان‌ها بر اهمیت کارکنان به عنوان مهم‌ترین دارایی خود تاکید دارند. پیشرفت و توسعه علم روان‌شناسی در دهه‌های اخیر به ویژه در حوزه‌های سلامت، اخلاق و رضایت‌مندی شغلی، نقش مهم و اثربخشی را به دنبال داشته است.روش‌کار: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش اخلاقی و رضایت شغلی با سلامت روان در حسابداران و مدیران مالی شرکت‌های شهرک صنعتی مشهد طراحی و اجرا شد. جامعه‌ی آماری به تعداد 251 نفر می باشد. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 151نفر برآورد شده است. روش نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی می باشد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌های هوش معنوی، رضایت شغلی و سلامت عمومی بودند. از آزمون‌های r پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق در سطح خطای 01/0 نشان می‌دهد که هوش اخلاقی تأثیری بر سلامت روانی نداشته اما رضایت شغلی در تعیین سلامت روانی، موثر بوده است. نتایج حاکی از این بود که بین هوش اخلاقی و سلامت روان از لحاظ آماری ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود ندارد ولی بین هوش اخلاقی و رضایت شغلی و نیز سلامت روان و رضایت شغلی از لحاظ آماری ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج، رضایت شغلی می‌تواند رضایت روان را در بین حسابداران و مدیران مالی، افزایش دهد. |

Introduction: Most organizations emphasize the importance of employees as their most important asset. The development of psychology in the recent years especially in the fields of health, morality and job satisfaction has had an important and effective role. Materials and Methods: The present study was designed and performed with the aim of studying the relationship between moral intelligence and job satisfaction with mental health among the accountants of Khorasan Razavi's companies. The statistical population of the present study includes 251 subjects. The size of the statistical sample was estimated 151 subjects according to Cochran's formula. Random sampling method is used. Data collection tool of the present study is questionnaire. Spiritual intelligence, job satisfaction and general health questionnaires were distributed among the participants. To test the research hypotheses, the r Pearson and multivariate regression tests were used. Results:The study results at 1% error level show that moral intelligence had no effect on mental health but job satisfaction was effective in determining the mental health. Also, the study results show that there is no significant relationship between moral intelligence, mental health and job satisfaction but there is a significant relationship between moral intelligence and job satisfaction and also between mental health and job satisfaction. Conclusion: According to the study results, it can be concluded that job satisfaction improves mental health in accountants and financial managers. |
