عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطه ی ویژگی های شخصیتی با تعهد سازمانی در مدیران و معلمان مدارس ابتدایی،راهنمایی و متوسطه شهرستان خوانسار
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه ی ویژگی های شخصیتی مدیران و معلمان مدارس شهرستان خوانسار با تعهد سازمانی آنان بود . فرضیات تحقیق با در نظر گرفتن پنج ویژگی شخصیتی (روان رنجورخویی، برون گرایی، هم سازی ، تجربه پذیری و وظیفه شناسی) و سه بعد تعهد سازمانی (عاطفی، مستمر و هنجاری ) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران و معلمان مدارس شهر خوانسار بالغ بر 266 نفر در سال 88 بود که با استفاده از شیوه ی سرشماری ، کلیه ی مدیران ( 30 نفر ) و با - تحصیلی 89 استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم ( 140 نفر) از معلمان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند . برای جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه پنج عاملی 0 و پرسشنامه ی تعهد سازمانی آلن و میر با / شخصیت مک کرا و کاستا با ضریب اعتبار 79 0 استفاده گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده های این پژوهش ، از نرم / ضریب اعتبار 75 در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شد. یافته های تحقیق آشکار SPSS افزار ساختند که بین ابعاد پنج گانه شخصیت مدیران و معلمان با تعهد سازمانی آنان رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. هم چنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون به روش مرحله ای نشان داد که از میان ابعاد پنج گانه ی شخصیت، ابعاد (روان رنجورخویی، برون گرای ی، هم سازی و وظیفه شناسی) از توان پیش بینی بعد عاطفی تعهد سازمانی ، ابعاد (روان رنجورخو یی و وظیفه شناسی) از توان پیش بینی بعد مستمر تعهد سازمانی و بعد (وظیفه شناسی ) از توان پیش بینی بعد هنجاری تعهد سازمانی برخوردار می باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی A Study of the Relationship Between the Personality Characteristics and the Organizational Commitment of the Principals and Teachers of Elementary, Secondary and High schools of Khansar
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The main goal of this research was to investigate the relationship between principals’ and teachers’ personality characteristics and their organizational commitment in Khansar schools. The research hypotheses were examined taking into consideration the five personality characteristics (neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness) and the three dimensions of organizational commitment (affective, continuance, and normative). The research method was descriptive-correlational. The target population of the study consisted of a total of 266 principals and teachers of elementary, secondary and high schools in Khansar in the school year 2009– 2010. The sample of the study included all 30 principals (selected through census method) and 140 teachers selected (through proportional stratified random sampling method). The data collection instruments of this study were Costa and McCrae's NEO Five-factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) with 60 items and a reliability coefficient of 0.79 and Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment questionnaire with 24 items and the reliability coefficient of 0.75. A use was made of SPSS software to analyze at inferential and descriptive levels. The research findings revealed that there was a significantly positive relationship between principals’ and teachers’ personality characteristics and their organizational commitment. The results of stepwise multiple regression analysis also indicated that among the five dimensions of personality neuroticism, extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness were potentially predictive of the affective aspect of organizational commitment, and neuroticism and conscientiousness were potentially predictive of the continuance aspect of organizational commitment, and conscientiousness was potentially predictive of the normative aspect of organizational commitment.
