چکیده فارسی مقاله Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin-top:0in; mso-para-margin-right:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:10.0pt; mso-para-margin-left:0in; line-height:115%; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;} هموفیلی یک اختلال خونریزی دهنده ارثی وابسته به جنس است. شایعترین علامت هموفیلی خونریزی غیر قابل کنترل و بیش از حد است که به علت کمبود یا عدم وجود فاکتورهای انعقادی در خون میباشد. خونریزی حتی میتواند بدون هیچگونه آسیبی رخ دهد و در بیشتر موارد در مفاصل و بروز میکند و علائم آن عبارتند از: 1 .کبودی حاصل از صدمات کوچک که میتواند منجر به ایجاد یک هماتوم بزرگ شود. 2.خونریزی: خونریزی از بینی، دهان و لثهها، با یک آسیب کوچک مانند مسواک زدن یا اعمال دندانپزشکی اغلب نشانگر هموفیلی است؛ خونریزی درون مفصلی باعث درد و عدم تحرک میگردد و در صورت عدم درمان کامل طبی منجر به بد شکلی مفصل میشود. مفاصل از مکانهای شایع عوارض ناشی از خونریزی در هموفیلی هستند. این خونریزی مفصلی منجر به التهاب مفصلی دردناک و مزمن، بدشکلی و لنگیدنهای مکرر میگردد؛ خونریزی داخلی عضلانی: خونریزی داخل عضلات منجر به تورم، درد و قرمزی میشود. تورم ناشی از خونریزی در این مناطق از طریق افزایش فشار بر بافتها و اعصاب ناحیه منجر به صدمات پایدار و بد شکلی میگردد. این کلیپ ویدئویی نشان دهنده یک بیمار هموفیلی و عوارض ناشی از بیماری در وی است.

Its most frequent sign is an uncontrollable and prolonged bleeding, that results from lack or absence of some coagulation factors in the blood. Hemorrhage can occur even without any obvious cause. This bleeding often happens in joints. The symptoms include: 1. Bruising: the bruise resulted from little injuries that can result in a big hematoma, and 2.Bleeding: nose bleeding or bleeding in the mouth or gingiva, teeth brushing, bleeding after a minor cut and or dentistry operations; Joints are one of the common parts affected by bleeding in hemophilic individuals; Bleeding in the joints can make the joints swollen and painful. It also causes loss in the joints movements, deformities and resulting staggering and possible joints deformity; Bleeding inside the muscles makes the muscles swollen, hot to touch and painful. Swollenness resulted from bleeding in these areas can cause prolonged injuries and deformation through increasing the pressure on the tissues and the nerves. This video clip demonstrates a hemophilic patient and related signs and symptoms.
