عنوان فارسی اثربخشی آموزش گروهی نظریه انتخاب بر کیفیت زندگی معتادان
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: افزایش اعتیاد در جامعه و گرفتاری‌های ناشی از آن و تقاضای افراد برای بهبود مشکلات معتادین، نشان‌دهنده نیاز اشخاص به مداخلات و آموزش‌های تخصصی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش گروهی نظریه انتخاب بر کیفیت زندگی معتادان بود. روش بررسی: پژوهش مورد نظر از نوع روش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش عبارت بودند از: کلیه مردان معتادی که در سال 1394 به مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر اهواز مراجعه کرده بودند.50 نفر از معتادان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و به صورت تصادفی به یکی از دو گروه آزمایشی(تعداد = 25) و گروه کنترل ( تعداد = 25) گمارده شدند. شرکت کنندگان پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی را در سه مرحله ( پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری بعد از 60 روز) تکمیل کردند. گروه آزمایشی، آموزش گروهی نظریه انتخاب را در 10 جلسه، 90 دقیقه ای، هرهفته یک بار دریافت نمودند. داده های آماری با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس( آنکوا) تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که آموزش گروهی نظریه انتخاب منجر به تفاوت معنی دار آماری(p< 0/001) بین مراحل پیش، پس آزمون و پیگیری در نمره کیفیت زندگی در افراد معتاد شد. به این صورت که در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری، بعد از کنترل نمرات پیش آزمون، گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل، کیفیت زندگی بالاتری را گزارش نمودند. نتیجه گیری: آموزش گروهی نظریه انتخاب در خصوص نقش انتخاب گری رفتار، نیازهای پنجگانه، اهمیت خود کنترلی رفتار، نقش کنترل موثر، شیوه تحقق نیاز، مسئولیت پذیری و خودارزشی، دنیای کیفی، هفت رفتار مخرب، هفت رفتارمراقب ، هویت توفیق و هویت شکست می تواند افزایش کیفیت زندگی در معتادان را در پی داشته باشد. کلیدواژه ها: نظریه انتخاب، کیفیت زندگی، معتادان.

The aim of the present study was to Investigation of the effectiveness of group training of the concepts of choice theory on quality of life in addicted people. Methods: This study was an quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest and Follow up with the control group. The study population included: All addicted people who referred to Ahvaz Addiction Treatment Center in 2015. 50 addicts selected by using of available sampling and randomly assigned to either the experimental group (number=25) and control group (number=25). The participants completed the quality of life inventory in three stages (pre-test, post-test and follow-up after 60 days). The experimental group was received Group training of the concepts of choice theory in 10 sessions, 90 minutes, one time at on week.Statistical data using Analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) were analyzed. Results: The results of analysis of ANCOVA indicated that the group training of choice theory directed to a satistically significant (p>0/001) between pre, post and follow up scores which led to increasing scores of Quality of life in addicted people. So that in the post and follow up stages, after controlling for pre test scores, the experimental group reported high Quality of life compared to the control group. Conclusion: group training of choice theory about the role of choosing a behavior, five needs, the importance of self control, the role of effective behavior, the way of need fulfilment, responsibility, self worth,Quality world, seven destructive behavior, seven caring behavior, faiure identification and success identification can result in increasing the quality of life for addicted people.
