استعاره وقف درباره حکومت |

جایگاه و ساختارحکومت متکی و متأثر از نحوه فهم آن از سوی حکومتگران است و حکومتگران بر اساس درک خود از حکومت، ساختارها و مناسبات آن را شکل داده و سازماندهی می کنند. حکومت تملیکیه یا ارباب وار و حکومت ولایتیه یا سرپرست وار، دو تلقی از حکومت را در دل خود حمل می کنند که اولی با رابطه عبد و مولا و دومی با رابطه امانت و امانتدار همریختی و تشابه دارد و هر یک از این دو، ساختارها و رفتارهای متناسب با خود را تولید م یکنند و در خدمت اهداف قشر خاصی قرار م یگیرند. این مقاله در صدد تحلیل استعاره شناختی نظریه حکومت به مثابه وقف می باشد و در این راستا پس از تبیین مفاهیمی نظیر وقف، امانت و حکمرانی و مشابهت های دو مقوله حکومت و وقف، به شناسایی وقف و اهداف آن پرداخته و سعی شده است تلقی امانی از حکومت به صورت تحلیلی واکاوی شده و دستاوردهای ناشی از این تحلیل استعاری معرفی گردد. |

The Metaphor of Vaghf (Dedication) about the Government |

The position and structure of the government is dependent on and influenced by understanding of it by the governors and based on their understanding of the “government”, they constitute and organize its structures and relations. There exist two understandings of the “governance”: the possessive feudal governance and the Velayatieh (leadership) governance. The first one is similar to the relation between the slave and his master and the second one; the truster and the trusted. Each one of these two produces structures and behaviors consistent with their nature and become at the service of special groups of people. This paper attempts to analyze the cognitive metaphor of the “governance as Vaghf (dedication) theory” and hereby, after explanation of concepts like dedication, trust, governance and the similarities of the two notions of “dedication” and “governance”, identifies the concept of dedication and its goals and it was tried to analytically investigate the “trusts” understanding of government and introduce the resultant achievements from this metaphorical analysis. |
