عنوان فارسی شناسایی ویژگی‌های نامطلوب در حرفۀ معلمی براساس واکاوی تجارب زیستۀ دوران دانش‌آموزی نومعلمان (مطالعه‌ای به‌ روش پدیدارشناختی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ویژگی‌های نامطلوب در حرفۀ معلمی، براساس واکاوی تجربۀ زیستۀ نومعلمان از ویژگی‌‌ها و خصوصیات نامطلوب معلمانشان در دوران تحصیل، انجام شده است. روش پژوهش پدیدارشناختی است. جامعۀ آماری نیز معلمان تازه‌کار شهر خرم‌آبادند که از میان ایشان، براساس روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 21 نفر برگزیده شده‌اند. همچنین برای گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته و برای تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش کلایزی استفاده شده است. پس از تحلیل و تنظیم نتایج، مؤلفه‌های مربوط به خصوصیات و ویژگی‌های نامطلوب معلمان در قالب 3 مضمون اصلی و 42 مضمون فرعی به دست داده شده است، که مضامین اصلی عبارت‌اند از: ضعف‌های شخصیتی و اخلاقی، ضعف‌های آموزشی و مهارتی، بی‌توجهی به آداب تربیتی.
پیشنهاد می‌شود در گزینش و ارزشیابی و دوره‌های ضمن خدمت، ویژگی‌‌هایی که در این پژوهش حاصل و تجمیع شده پیشِ ‌روی مسئولان باشد تا از یک‌سو از حضور افرادی که دچار ضعف‌های شخصیتی و اخلاقی هستند در کسوت معلمی پیشگیری کنند و از سوی دیگر ضمن نظارت بر رفتار و عملکرد شاغلان و معلمان حاضر، ایشان را به خودسازی و اصلاح خویش برانگیزانند و در همه‌ حال، رشد مهارتی و توجه به آداب تربیتی را از ایشان مطالبه کنند.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification of undesirable characteristics in the teaching profession based on analyzing the lived experiences of novice teachers from their student days: A phenomenological study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of the current research was to identify the negative characteristics in the teaching profession, based on the analysis of the lived experiences of novice teachers of their teachers' undesirable characteristics and features during their education. It was a phenomenological study. The research population was the novice teachers of Khorramābād city, among whom 21 teachers were selected as the sample, based on the purposeful sampling method. Also, semi-structured interview was used as the research instrument to collect data, and Colaizzi's method was used to analyze the data. After analyzing and adjusting the results, the components related to the undesirable characteristics of teachers have been pointed out in the form of 3 main themes and 42 sub-themes; The main themes were: personality and moral weaknesses, educational and skill weaknesses, and neglecting the educational customs. Based on the results of the present research, it is suggested that the characteristics identified in this research should be taken into consideration by the educational authorities in the selection, evaluation and in-service courses. In this way, teachers who have personality and moral weaknesses do not enter the teaching profession, and those who are teachers, always seek growth and self-improvement. Also, they are asked to pay attention to their skill development and educational customs in all situations.
