عنوان فارسی تحلیلی بر میزان کمکهای مالی- تسلیحاتی منطقه ‏ای و فرامنطقه ‏ای به عراق در جنگ تحمیلی علیه ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله کشورهای ثالث کرده و آنها را وادار می‏کند برای دفع تهدیدات و استفاده از فرصت‏ها، به موضع‏گیری در قبال جنگ و کشورهای درگیر در آن بپردازند. جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نبود. با آغاز این جنگ، کشورهای ثالث براساس برداشت و ادراکی که از منافع ملی و تهدیدها و فرصت‏های برآمده از آن داشتند، موضع و سیاست خود را در قبال جنگ تعریف کردند. البته در طول جنگ تحمیلی، حمایت‏ها و بی‏طرفی‏ها در حالت سکون و ایستایی نبود و پویایی آنها افزون بر تحولات خود آن کشور و نظام بین‏الملل، به تحولات صحنه جنگ و روابط با دو طرف درگیر بستگی داشت.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The main purpose of this paper is analyzing and determining the amount of financial-military aids offered by different countries at three levels to the Ba'ath regime in Iraq during the imposed war against Islamic Republic of Iran: superpowers, great powers and regional countries. However, any war between two warring sides creates a series of threats and opportunities for the third countries and forces them to clarify their position toward the war and the countries involved in it to face the threats or to use the opportunities. The imposed war was not an exception to this fact. started this war with third countries declared their position and policy toward the war considering the arisen opportunities and threats to provide their own national interests. However, during the eight years of this imposed war, protections and impartialities of the other countries were not fixed and unchangeable. Their dynamism was dependent not only on their relations with the two countries involved but also on the international system and their own internal situations. Some governments, especially the United States, introduced their vital interests as an excuse to justify their presence and intervening in the region! Doubtlessly, without financial and arms support of regional and trans-regional powers, Saddam Hussein's Baath regime could not survive until its March 2003 overthrown by American forces, but it would have been ended up by Iraqi people at the very beginning of the imposed war.
