عنوان فارسی بررسی نظامی جنگ از آغاز تا پایان سال ۱۳۶۱ (مباحث استراتژیک)
چکیده فارسی مقاله پس از عملیات والفجر مقدماتی در نخستین روز سال 1362، فرمانده کل سپاه جلسه‌ای پیرامون بررسی نقاط ضعف و قوت جنگ از آغاز تا کنون را در قرارگاه خاتم(ص) برگزار کرد. محل قرارگاه محدوده شهر شوش بود. در قرارگاهی که تا چند ماه پیش شهید بقایی در آن فرماندهی می‌کرد. هدف برگزاری جلسه مروری بر تجربیات فرماندهان در عملیات‌های گذشته از آغاز تا کنون و جمع‌بندی آن برای راهبرد عملیاتی آینده جنگ بیان شد. در این جلسه غلامعلی رشید معاون عملیاتی فرمانده کل سپاه با تشریح عملیات‌های جبهه‌ی جنوبی از آغاز جنگ تا پایان سال 1361به نقاط ضعف و قوت یگان‌ها و توان رزم، دشمن، جا به جایی‌ها و... پرداخت و در پایان جلسه برخی از فرماندهان نقطه نظرات خود را ارائه کردند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله After the Starting Preliminary Valfajr Operation in the first day of 1983, the IRGC commander-in-chief held a meeting in Khatam Headquarters to study the strengths and weak points of the war process until that time. The Khatam Headquarters was around the city of Shush. and a few months ago, Martyr Baqei was the commander of this headquarters. The meeting was held to review the experiences of the IRGC commanders in the past operations from the beginning until that time and to determine the future operational strategy of war upon the conclusions therein. In this meeting, Gholam Ali Rashid the then operational deputy of the IRGC chief-in-commander explained the operations executed in the southern front from the beginning to the end of 1982 and pointed out to the strengths and weak points of the units and the combat power, the enemy, displacements, and so on. In the end of the meeting, some of the commanders presented their own opinions, too.
