عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر خصوصی‌سازی بر عملکرد اقتصادی صنعت پتروشیمی ایران (مطالعه موردی: ده شرکت منتخب پتروشیمی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله صنعت پتروشیمی به عنوان یکی از بخش‎های اصلی صنایع پایین‌دستی نفت، نقش مهمی در اقتصاد کشورها ایفا می‌کند. در ایران صنعت پتروشیمی با داشتن مقام نخست ایجاد ارزش افزوده و صادرات غیرنفتی، از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. در سال 1384، با ابلاغ سیاست‌های کلی اصل 44 قانون اساسی، خصوصی‌سازی در کشور رونق گرفت و بیشتر شرکت‌های زیر مجموعه شرکت ملی صنایع پتروشیمی به بخش خصوصی واگذار شدند. باتوجه به اهمیت بحث خصوصی‌سازی و تأثیر آن بر رشد اقتصادی و جایگاه مهم صنعت پتروشیمی در اقتصاد ایران و عنایت به این موضوع که 20 درصد کل خصوصی‌سازی‌های انجام شده در ایران مربوط به صنعت پتروشیمی است، در این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر خصوصی‌سازی بر عملکرد اقتصادی صنعت پتروشیمی ایران پرداخته شده است. به این منظور با استفاده از داده‌های مربوط به ده شرکت پتروشیمی منتخب در بازه زمانی سال‌های 1401-1387 و به کارگیری روش پانل دیتا تأثیر خصوصی‌سازی بر تولید، بهره‌وری کل و سرمایه‌گذاری صنایع پتروشیمی ایران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از برآورد الگوهای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که تأثیر خصوصی‌سازی بر هر سه متغیر تولید، بهره‌وری کل و سرمایه‌گذاری بنگاه مثبت و معنادار است.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Effect of Privatization on the Economic Performance of the Iranian Petrochemical Industry (case study: ten selected petrochemical companies)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The petrochemical industry, as one of the main sectors of the downstream oil industries, plays an important role in the country's economy. In Iran, the petrochemical industry has a special position by having the first place in creating added value and non-oil exports. In 2005, with the announcement of the general policies of Article 44 of the Constitution, privatization flourished in the country and most of the companies under the National Petrochemical Industries Company were handed over to the private sector. Considering the prominent role of the petrochemical industry in Iran's economy and considering the fact that 20% of the total privatizations carried out in Iran are related to the petrochemical industry, in this research, the impact of privatization on the economic performance of the Iranian petrochemical industry has been investigated. For this purpose, using the data of ten selected petrochemical companies in the period of 2008-2022 and using the panel data method, the effect of privatization on the production, total productivity and investment of the petrochemical industries of Iran has been evaluated. The results indicate that the effect of privatization on all three variables of production, total productivity and investment of the company is positive and significant.
