عنوان فارسی مقایسه دو دستگاه دیجیتالی۳shape TRIOS۳ و Vita easyshade V در تعیین رنگ نمونه‌های سرامیکی بر اساس سیستم مرجع اسپکترو رادیومتریک
چکیده فارسی مقاله خلاصه:
سابقه وهدف: امروزه تطابق رنگ یکی از پر چالش‌ترین مسائل در ترمیم‌های دندانی و دندانپزشکی زیبایی است و چون دندان‌های طبیعی طیف رنگی وسیعی دارند، تناسب رستوریشن یا پروتز نسبت به دندان‌های باقیمانده به خصوص در ناحیه قدامی دارای اهمیت است. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه دو دستگاه دیجیتالی در تعیین رنگ نمونه‌های سرامیکی براساس سیستم مرجع اسپکترورادیومتریک انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه ی تجربی-آزمایشگاهی، روی 48 نمونه ی سرامیکی فلدسپاتیک A1، B1، C1 و D2 از هر رنگ 6 دیسک با راهنمای رنگی Vita classic  به قطر mm 0/5±12  و ضخامت mm 0/5±2 انجام گرفت. هر 3 دستگاه دیجیتالیVita easyshade ، 3Shape TRIOS3  وCS2000  قبل شروع کار طبق دستور کارخانه سازنده کالیبره شدند. در این ارزیابی رنگ هر نمونه سرامیکی با سیستم مرجع CS2000 بر اساس l، a و b منطبق گردید. سپس نمونه‌های سرامیکی با دستگاه Vita easyshade و 3shape TRIOS3 بر اساس CIE lab و Vita classic تعیین رنگ شدند. میزان تفاوت رنگ تعیین شده به وسیله 3 دستگاه دیجیتالی نسبت به سیستم مرجع توسط نرم افزار SPSS ورژن 26 و آزمون chi-square مورد قضاوت آماری قرار گرفت (0/05>P).
یافته ها: در گروه 3shape TRIOS3 دارای 66/7 درصد خطا بوده و در گروه VITA Easyshade V دارای 25 درصد خطا بوده است. تفاوت در میزان false در دو روش معنادار است (p<0.005) و اگر از دستگاه 3shape TRIOS3 استفاده شود شانس خطا 667/2 برابر افزایش می‌یابد (O.R=2.667).
نتیجه‌گیری: تعیین رنگ با دستگاه VITA Easyshade V بهتر و دقیق تر از تعیین رنگ با دستگاه  3shape TRIOS3 است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract
Background and Aim: Nowadays, color matching is one of the most challenging issues in dental restorations and cosmetic dentistry. As natural teeth have a wide range of colors, the proportionality of restoration or prosthesis to the remaining teeth, especially in the anterior region, is important. This study was conducted with the aim of comparing two digital devices in determining the color of ceramic samples based on the reference system of spectroradiometry.
Materials and Methods: This laboratory experimental study was performed on 48 ceramic samples of A1, B1, C1, and D2 feldspathic ceramics, with six disks of each color, according to the Vita classic shade guide with a diameter of 0.12±0.5 mm and a thickness of 2±0.5 mm. Each of the three digital devices, Vita Easyshade, 3Shape TRIOS3, and CS2000, were calibrated according to the manufacturer's instructions before starting work. In this color evaluation, each ceramic sample was matched with the reference system of CS2000 based on l, a, and b values. Then, ceramic samples were color matched with Vita Easyshade and 3Shape TRIOS3 devices based on CIE lab and Vita classic. The difference in color determination by the three digital devices compared to the reference system was evaluated by SPSS version 26 software and chi-square test (p<0.05).
Results: The 3Shape TRIOS3 group had a 66.7% error rate, while the VITA Easyshade V group had a 25% error rate. The difference in the false measurement rate between the two methods was significant (p<0.005), and using the 3Shape TRIOS3 device increased the chance of error by 2.667 times (O.R=2.667).
Conclusion: Determining color with the VITA Easyshade V device is better and more accurate than determining color with the 3Shape TRIOS3 device.
