عنوان فارسی ریشه‌ی افول اقتصاد عثمانی از منظر روزنامه‌های نوعثمانی عصر تنظیمات(۱۸۳۹_۱۸۷۶م)
چکیده فارسی مقاله نوعثمانیان به ‌عنوان اولین منتقدان و متفکران تجددخواه عثمانی در عصر تنظیمات، در پی‌شناخت علت افول عثمانی برآمدند و از روزنامه به ‌عنوان ابزاری برای ارائه‌ی افکار و اندیشه‌های خود در این زمینه بهره گرفتند. در این پژوهش علت افول اقتصاد عثمانی در عصر تنظیمات از منظر روزنامه های نوعثمانی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که نوعثمانیان سیاست‌های نادرست دولتمردان عصر تنظیمات را عامل اصلی افول اقتصاد عثمانی در این عصر عنوان کردند و نمود این سیاست‌ها را در مبحث وام‌های خارجی، سیستم مالیاتی، قراردادهای تجاری با دول غربی، طرح توسعه‌ی راه‌آهن و اجرای قوانین غربی نشان دادند

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The “Young Ottomans” was the first modernist thinkers and critics in the era of the “Tanzimat” and sought to recognize the Ottomans Empire decline and used the newspaper to express their thoughts and ideas. .This article examines and analyzes the cuse of the decline of the ottoman economy in the era of the " Tanzimat" from the perspective of the " Young ottoman" newspapers. The findings of the research show that the “Young Ottomans” considered the wrong policies of the statesmen of the era of “Tanzimat” as the main reason for the decline of the Ottoman economy in this era and they showed the manifestation of these policies in the subject of foreign loans, tax system, trade agreements with western countries, railway development plan and implementation of western laws.
