عنوان فارسی بررسی سلامت روان دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی مشهد توسط پرسشنامه SCL-۹۰ در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۹-۱۴۰۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: سلامت روان دانشجویان دندانپزشکی، به دلیل ارتباط با سلامت جسمانی و روانی بیماران از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سلامت روان دانشجویان عمومی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه مشهد در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 انجام گرفت.روش اجرا: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی، پرسشنامه SCL-90-R 90 سوالی بین دانشجویان عمومی دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بصورت کاغذی و آنلاین توزیع شد. وضعیت سلامت روانی هر فرد با توجه به نمره به دست آمده در چهار طبقه تعیین گردید: فاقد اختلال روانی (0-1)، اختلال روانی خفیف (1-2)، اختلال روانی متوسط (2-3) و اختلال روانی شدید (3-4). اطلاعات بدست آمده توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 و بوسیله آزمون‎های من ویتنی و کروسکال والیس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‎ها: در این مطالعه 530 دانشجو مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که 6/52 درصد (279 نفر) از آن‌ها زن و 4/47 درصد (251 نفر) از آن‌ها مرد بودند. در کل، 2/30 درصد دانشجویان (160 نفر) نوعی از اختلالات را داشتند، که از این تعداد، 26 درصد دانشجویان (138 نفر) اختلال جزئی، 8/3 درصد دانشجویان (20 نفر) اختلال متوسط و 4/0 درصد دانشجویان (2 نفر) اختلال جدی داشتند. بدترین وضعیت دانشجویان مربوط به حیطه‎های افکار پارانوئیدی، وسواس و اجبار و حساسیت در روابط متقابل و بهترین وضعیت دانشجویان مربوط به حیطه ترس مرضی بود. سلامت روانی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی تنها با جنسیت آن‎ها رابطه معنی‎داری داشته (012/0P=) و با وضعیت تاهل (283/0P=)، محل سکونت (728/0P=) ، نیمسال ورودی (222/0P=) و سال ورود به دانشگاه (961/0P=) رابطه معنی‎داری مشاهده نشد.نتیجه‎گیری: اکثریت دانشجویان فاقد اختلال روانی می‎باشند و حدود یک سوم دانشجویان از اختلالات روانی رنج می‎برند. در زنان به طور معنی‎داری وضعیت سلامت روان بدتری مشاهده گردید. اما بین سایر متغیرها و سلامت روان از نظر آماری رابطه معنی‎داری وجود نداشت.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of mental health of dental students in Mashhad School of Dentistry by SCL-90 questionnaire, 2020-2021
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Paying attention to the mental health of dental students is highly important due to its relationship with the physical and mental health of patients. This study aimed to investigate the mental health of general students of the Faculty of Dentistry of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashhad, Iran, in the academic year of 2020-2021.Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, the 90-item SCL-90-R questionnaire was distributed among general dentistry students of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in paper and online. The mental health status of each participant was determined according to the obtained score and included in one of the four categories: no mental disorder (0-1), mild mental disorder (1-2), moderate mental disorder (2-3), and severe mental disorder (3-4). The collected data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 20) using Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests.Results: This study was conducted on 530 dental students, among whom 52.6% (n=279) and 47.4% (n=251) of the subjects were female and male, respectively. Based on the results, 26% (n=138), 3.8% (n=20), and 0.4% (n=2) of the participants had mild, moderate, and severe disorders, respectively. The worst statuses of mental health were related to the fields of paranoid ideation, obsession-compulsion disorders, and interpersonal sensitivity, while the best mental health status was found in the field of phobic anxiety. According to the findings, the only significant relationship was found between mental health and gender (P=0.012). No significant relationships were observed between mental health status and marital status (P=0.283), residence status (P=0.728), semester of entry (P=0.222), and year of entry (P=0.964).Conclusion: Based on the results, the majority of the students lacked mental disorders and about one-third of the students suffered from mental disorders. Women had significantly worse mental health status. There was no statistically significant relationship between other variables and mental health.
